Poor customer service NO response yet
Poor service, not responding to email; no answer on phone
I bought a Joola paddle for a good price and paid extra for protective taping around the edge. STILL, I haven't received yet, NO updates from them on My purchase order status, so I emailed to ask them to send status of my paddle delivery. No reply as of now. so I called. The number hung up without answering both times. I'm not sure now whether this is a scam website or whether they've closed down or just poor customer service. Will report back once I see a response from them.

Poor service, not responding to email; no answer on phone
I bought a paddle for a good price and paid extra for protective taping around the edge. The tape was badly applied and would not stick when readjusted, so I emailed to ask them to send tape. No reply. Now got a DAEMON notice that 2nd request email was delayed, so I called. The number hung up without answering both times. I'm not sure now whether this is a scam website or whether they've closed down or just poor customer service. Will report back once I see a response from them.
