Hi there,
it was our first order with Picnic; we made an order with the purpose of getting the AussieMite (which is really hard to find in local supermarkets) and because of the shipping fee, we added other products to the order. We received confirmation and one day before the delivery date, I was informed that there was a refund for some products in my order: the AussieMites of course! If we were given the choice to cancel the order, we would have but the choice was not given.
We understand that the current situation with Covid makes things more difficult for everyone and I appreciated the reply from Ulas, saying he would try to find a solution for us and try to deliver the product.
On the positive side, the Biscuits for Belly and Boobs were more affordable than our local store so we would recommend people to purchase them from Picnic.
We are looking forward to hearing from Ulas.

Great selection of fruit
Fruit and veg was a great selection, though I did not receive any notification as to the time it was coming, staying at home all day was an inconvenience and did not receive any notification as to when it was delivered.
Would of been nice for a list of fruits that was delivered as some I was unsure of what type of fruit/ veg it was.
