I read these reviews before purchasing a locomotive. So I emailed (in French) before buying an MTH O Scale Locomotive.
I got a response within a day so I made the purchased. It took a few days to ship, but shopkeeper was responsive and it got to the states with no issues.
Stay away. The receive of the order is a lottery. The preparation too. No answers to mails customers treated with indifference. I will probably cancel the order and if they do not return the money I will ask the French Police to investigate the store.

Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions before ordering. Particularly paragraph eight. The guy actually has the audacity to reveal his lack-lustre attitude towards his customers.

Pierredominique do not reply on emails which is a shame since their product range is in general quite large. Looking at the other evaluations my assumption seems to be true that this dealer is not serious. In addition, he does not offer a save payment method like Paypal, which substantiates my suspicion.
