Refused to let my withdraw go trough only came up with useless verification requests once every week, like going to the police to get a atest to confirm its me. Scammed me for 10 000 euro

Not trustful with bad, bad customer service
Refusing win payment without a detailed explanation, customer service simply ignoring my several precise requests for explanation, sending only standard general answers.. which means so far - it is a very bad and untrustful online casino. Complaints to regulating authorities underway.
