Every penny counts—no profit is too small for them. The ostentatious gold and luxury of this auction house cannot mask a penny-pinching operational style that ensures the final price of a lot far exceeds your expectations. If you’re from abroad, you’re at the mercy of Swiss franc exchange rate fluctuations! Pay by card? That’s an extra 2%! Card debited remotely? That's an extra 3%! One pitfall follows another. Need shipping? Bam! It’ll cost you a fortune.
As a stranger do not forget taxes. Enough is enough. This auction house values ​​money more than its clients. Hopefully you do not pay for exchanging messages with the auction house.

They made a mistake by crediting an elderly lady’s account with a consequent amount of money that she was not supposed to receive. They then sent a « standard » letter as they said which was asking for immediate reimbursement which caused stress and inconvenience, calls as well as going to the bank as she cannot walk on her own. We would have expected at least some thanks on they side, or a small token as a thank you at least. But nothing….

Very frustrating experience with shipping and customer support! The purchased items (over 500 Euro worth) were sent back to Geneva even though shipping and all required fees/taxes had been payed for, and according paperwork had been filed for their destination (Spain). After DOZENS of Emails back and forth, NO working solution has been offered. Their customer service is disappointing to say the least - very unprofessional! Avoid at all costs if buying from outside of Switzerland.

Unprofessional, really lousy customer service, lying, stealing and not at all reliable. Never buy here, you will regret it like I do. They have my items, I paid for them and for shipment, but they refuse to send them. That makes it robbery. Beware of these Swiss gang of thieves!

I am extremely disappointed in the aftersales service of this auction house. I bought a 500 Franc lot, paid 90 Franc to get it shipped to Spain, paid 53 euros import fees and then the shipping company made a mistake that caused the package to be returned to Piguet. A month and 70 emails later, it still isn´t solved. They refuse to take responsibility and come with a good solution. The communication is really bad and the willingness to solve a problem they are clearly responsible for is extremely low. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING HERE IF YOU CAN´T GO AND PICK IT UP. VERY POOR AMATEURISTIC ORGANIZATION.
