Great quality, stunning look
My necklace was delivered quickly, and looked exactly as on the pics and videos. I really liked the look and the quality, it looked pretty stunning. Had to send it back, unfortunately, because the necklace didn’t fit with my outfits as I imagined. But for a special occasion it would have been lovely.

Very good customer service
My bracelet broke after one month. I was sad and sent Pilgrim an email, not a complaint, just wanting to let them know. Mostly because my previous experience has been that all the jewlery has good quality. They sent me a gift card in return. I was very surprised but of course very happy. Very good customer service.

Lovely necklace, but poor quality on the stones
I love the necklace, but after one day’s use came one of the small stones loose and slided down to the next stone. Not OK!
