My recent purchase is my third from Pilgrim and I am impressed by the speedy and prompt acknowledgement of my order and then the short time in which my order is despatched and received. I have enjoyed the earrings except that the gold plating wore off my original earrings after quite a short time which was disappointing.

We would like to point out that the content of your review does not correspond to the order you have added in the review. The earrings purchased in this order are not at the price you mentioned in your review.
Additionally, the product in question does not have rubber backs. The earrings are designed with a click-lock closure, which differs from what you described.
