Our bifold delivery has been held up due to an issue with the glass from Pilkingtons, unable to get any update and we don't have a proper external door so our house is cold. I have heart failure, it's affecting my health and it's impossible to speak to the right person.

Do not purchase this product via a third party, i.e. an approved installer, or any installer. The Pilkington double glassing panels are installed in my Ultraframe conservatory. If offered a warranty, and the purchase was via an installer who subsequently ceased trading, YOU DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY OR AN SUPPORT. from Pilkington.
Pilkington will advise that the warranty is offered to the installer and NOT to the end user purchaser.
This is a great cop out, and Trading Standards should address.
