I have ordered my medication from this website a few times. I always got the genuine product in sealed boxes. Delivery was quick.

Cannot fault this company. Screening process was straightforward and completed within days. The medication came soon after in plain packaging, which is greatly appreciated, same goes for repeat orders (though without having to go through consulation for repeats). Highly recommend.

The service was exemplary. The price was competitive, my request was properly screened and, once approved, delivery was swift. Highly recommended.

Ordered from them and items were delivered within 5 days, I was concerned having read some of the reviews on here which I didn’t see until after I’d placed my order.
For me no issues whatsoever although I can imagine there may be some frustration that their ‘phone doesn’t appear to be monitored.

I made a recent order from pill doctor and then read some of the reviews. I was tempted to cancel but glad I didn’t. My order took about a week to arrive and I was kept informed of its progress with a Royal Mail tracking number.

The pharmacy went extra mile to find my medication which was not available in the UK and ordered it from Germany. I paid extra import duties and the pharmacy reimbursed me immediately. Very happy with the service! Thank you!

Almost every online pharmacy was out of stock of my weight loss medication - some saying they wouldn't have any more until January. I tried Pilldoctor and I was concerned about some of the bad reviews I had seen on here (admittedly these were from a long time ago). I messaged customer service the day after I placed my order, they responded right back to me with my Royal Mail tracking number. I ordered late on the 22nd November, my order arrived this morning safe and sound (28th November) - the only reason it was delayed was because of the Royal Mail strikes, it was posted using 48 hour service as they stated they would. Lovely customer service reps, can fault them from start to finish. Medication is legit, packaged well and discreetly if that worries you. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

they steal your money and don't send you anything

their company representative MAX is a bully who is incapable of having a decent conversation. he shouts bullies then hangs up - customer service at its finest

if you want my advice on how to improve your service then don’t steal customers money train your staff not to shout or bully customers don’t ignore countless emails make sure you deliver their medicines don’t blame them for your mistakes and don't use their credit card details without their permission

you can ask people to press on the link all you want …. i asked for a signature to prove it was delivered TO ME snd you failed to do that fact still remains you took my money and delivered nothing to me ……considering you sell medicines you would think a signature was a MUST …..grossly negligent

times are hard how can you live with yourselves by taking my money. how many others have you scammed

anyway luckily the credit card company saw in my favour and now you’re bitter ….

just move on

Made an order with pill doctor this week and received it in two days. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews but I’ve had a smooth experience, receiving the medication I ordered very quickly. Will be using pill doctor every month from now on, thanku!

I ordered my medication 10 days ago and am still awaiting a tracking number and delivery confirmation. This in itself is a problem as the website states 48 hr delvery, but is exacerbated by poor communication, including a phone that’s never answered, and emails that take days to be responded to and which do not provide any answers. This company have taken almost £450 from my account for medication I have not received. This is totally unacceptable😡

3/11/22: Response to the company’s reply:
The company reply below is not factually correct. The company took my money for goods that they did not have in stock with the full knowledge that stock levels were an ongoing issue and significant delays would occur. The money for medication should not have taken in these circumstances as, had I known there was no stock, I would not have placed the order. It is noteworthy that other online pharmacies were more honest and posted online that they were out of stock.

When the order was not progressed following taking the money, communication was appalling with the phone line not manned most of the time and there was no answerphone facility to leave a message.

I did eventually get a refund after being persistent and making dozens of calls to the phone number over more than a week before I finally got an answer. My review was honest and accurate as I had not received a refund at the time I wrote this review. Interestingly, I finally got a refund after I told the staff member I spoke to that I had written this review! At that point he advised that they still had no stock! Yet they’d had my money for almost 2 weeks!

Excellent experience.
I have been using this pharmacy for almost an year now and they didn’t disappoint once. All this negative reviews are from fake people otherwise I cannot understand why I did not had a single problem. Always reply to my emails, questions, good advices on products and fast delivery on the orders.
