I ordered my strap Friday and received a very nicely packaged strap on Wednesday.
The strap needed to be made but that was quick.
Looks great and functions a you would expect.
The strap adjustment is simple yet sturdy.
Great communication when I contacted them for an expected ship date.
Wonderful strap.

I have been a fan of Pinegrove for some time. I have had a guitar strap and bass strap for a number of years and recently bought a gear wallet. All of them are still in excellent condition - the straps are getting better with age, as great leather goods do. Pinegrove have become my go-to when buying gifts for my musician friends, as I know I can rely on the quality and the items are beautifully presented, often with little extras included in the packaging which make it feel special..

I met the owner of Pinegrove, Rod, at a local gig and admired his distinctive leather guitar strap. Rod invited me to his factory and showed me around. Wow… beautifully crafted high quality leatherwork… all connected with his passion for music.

Ordered an item from ebay from them - posted second hand without any tracking. Only cheap so fair enough. Item never arrived, they didn't respond to either my email or the escalation via eBay

Best to avoid

Edit: Rod lying in his response… Emailed 25/3 (no response); refund requested 3rd April (same date as this review). Not receiving item annoying, poor communication the issue. Would avoid trusting him anything more than £9.99 if this is how he speaks to people. Refund still not received, but Rod’s cheeky comment has been.

I have bought 2 of their harmonica cases with personalisation and am very happy with them They have the luxurious look and feel of a genuinely artisanal product and are a very practical solution. Communication from the company is excellent and dispatch and delivery were reliable and fast. I would highly recommend Pinegrove Leather.

I have now bought three items from Pinegrove, two guitar straps and a harmonica belt. I have been delighted with all the purchases one of which was a gift for a friend, top quality leather and real craftmanship. The service is also excellent with almost immediate replies to e-mails. This business deserves to prosper, it provides real value for money coupled with great customer service.

Brown leather, engraved with contrasting stitching. Fantastic secure fit, masses of adjustment and leather protection sleeve for the adjusting pins.

I’m definitely going to order others for my Banjo and Ukulele.

I recently bought another strap from Pinegrove, as usual the strap arrived very promptly and the craftsmanship is absolutely excellent. These are by far the most comfortable straps out there, beautifully made here in the UK and with excellent customer service too! I've no doubt I'll buy more from Pinegrove in the future!

Despite it being during the pandemic, Rob was quick to reply to me saying he was making a special batch of straps especially, and apologised for the delay. In the end, I received the GS61 strap a week after I ordered it which is quick, and the quality is outstanding.

The pictures on the website do it no justice. Extremely soft leather, well padded, comfortable suede backing, and that distinctive high quality leather smell. It doesn't move except when I want it to, and will last a long time.

He also, upon request and without any complaints, customised the pinholes for my 10mm straplocks, and they fit perfectly. The bonus accessories and free gift that came with the strap are amazing, and the beautiful cotton bag is a perfect fit for my Boss RC30.

Compared to another certain British handmade leather strap company, I am paying around half the price for the product, and I doubt their product would be justifiably more expensive.

For the price I paid, I am over the moon with the custom experience, supporting a small business and the quality of the product.
Would buy from them again without hesitation.
