Very happy with the service P&N gives. No sales patter - you can just have a good look yourself. The trees are laid out so you can see them well from all angles. Prices are commensurate to others - but the service is so much better! I bought my 6 footer from Chiswick, served by a very pleasant and helpful James. He even helped me carry it to my car. Will definitely return next year... :)

Accidentally put the wrong date on order placed on a Sunday, sent an email to customer services and resolved immediately the next morning with no fuss. Great customer service!

This is now my 3rd year in a row that I buy my Xmas tree from these guys. Excellent service and friendly staff (thanks for the choccie Lee!). I always take time to choose and feel welcome to do so. No hurry-pushy sales there!
The tree remains gorgeous throughout with very minimal needles dropping. Overall a fab value for money while supporting Scottish trees too!

Despite being watered daily, our tree didn't make it to Christmas. £70 down the drain on a 7ft balding mess that was sold as 'non drop'. Back to the Palm Centre for us next year.

The first tree we ordered was sparse and after a week or so started to smell badly - i was planning to find another supplier for next year.
However, Pines and Needles kindly replaced the tree with a wonderful, full and rich tree. Excellent service from Constantine and Florentina, who delivered the tree and put the lights on.

bit pricey but good tree and great service from James at the Chiswick branch :)

Badger (YMCA Hawkers Richmond) was incredibly helpful and we got a great 7' tree that is more like 8'. really nice tree and so far not dropping even in a warm house (well watered).
the staff were cheery and certainly xmas mood.
He helped carry it to the car and lift in (had to put the roof down - now that was chilly). Also cut the base off to provide free wood for the stand / water and asked if my son wanted it.

Bought from their place in Fulham. They were very helpful and got a great tree that looks great. I have forgotten the new guys name (he had just started) but give him the £5.

Ordered a Christmas tree from PinesandNeedles and they couldn't deliver within agreed timeframe. No receipt of purchase received. Despite follow up phone calls still couldn't get their act together. Order subsequently cancelled but fellow consumers still waiting confirmation of order cancellation and yes originally receipt of purchase. Pines and needles need to do far better this is deplorable customer experience.

Christmas tree and decorations were delivered perfectly. I was so happy with their service. I will definitely use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants delivery of their Christmas tree or any decorations.
