Manipulative company who won’t offer a refund. I asked many times and it wasn’t until I posted a negative review on GOOGLE that they leveraged my refund, saying they would give it to me… IF I DELETED MY HORRIBLE REVIEW??? I’m shocked. 😳 I have never, ever been so disrespected as a customer and considering this is a brand meant to “elevate women” I’m taken aback by the quid pro quo…

Do not purchase from this store! Especially if it’s for a special occasion. The quality of the dresses is nowhere near what you’re paying for and look nothing like the pictures online. The refuse to refund your money.

I love Pinkapple dresses. All the designs are beautiful, the quality is excellent. I order for my birthday and the dress was amazing.

Be careful with this company. NO RETURNS. And they only exchange if they receive the product back within 7 days of you receiving it. BUT.... you have to email them for instructions on how to return and they will NOT respond to you for a week. In other words, NO exchanges because they make it impossible to meet their requirements. Btw, I sent 3 emails over 8 days and sent them a DM on FB

Well this guys from Pink Apple Dress blocked my account because they double charge me and I put a claim. After that they gave me a credit for buy in store , but never explained the credit was with expiration. I try to buy something and they said the credit was expired already. That’s means this Pink Apple Dress are a thieves. Because they keep around $300. 👎🏻🙌🏻

There is not customer service and it takes 10 days to process your order. They charge you for import fees even though you pay for shipping which is ridiculous.

Don’t get anything from this store if you don’t want to be charge extra and wait for too long.

Bad quality and the service it’s really bad!!!!

I ordered two phone cases back in August and it’s now October and I still don’t have them. I emailed them twice, the first about shipping updates and the second about wanting a refund since it was taking so long for my order to come. I have not gotten a response from them and I’m wondering if i’ll ever get my money back.
I do no recommend buying from this store, you’ll end up losing your money over stuff you can get else where.

The worst customer service, Nobody answer the emails. Long time for shipping and No true sizes.

I also sent my measurements and they sent me the wrong size. And now I have to pay again for a shipment to return and None answer my emails....

Horrible quality. I paid $100 for a dress that looked like $10.00. In addition it took one month for the dress to arrive. I wish i would have seen these reviews before placing my order.

I was so excited to buy from this store and was everything but good. Dress pictured was far from what I received. Different color, different everything. I sent them pictures. Reached out to them and no response. My husband said a dress from wish would’ve been better - imagine. Sadly they overcharge for their dresses and and are cheaply made with different materials. They use a ton of filters to make it look a bit better. Do not buy there!

Ordered a phone case in early July, and there is no indication that the order has shipped (either via confirmation email or the Shop app, which supposedly can be used to track orders). I’ve sent numerous emails, submitted an inquiry on their website (which claims to have a “24 hour response rate”), and have sent DMs on Instagram (which has mysteriously stopped posting earlier this month).
There is no indication of my order whatsoever, and there is no way I can request a refund because there isn’t a way I can get in touch with customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING PROMPT OR TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE.

NOTE: Ordered July 1st and received August 7th. Satisfied with the product, but this does not make up for this store’s inability to communicate with its customers or provide updates (tracking links, confirmation emails).

It's been over 2 months, several emails and only ONE response that said "sorry for the delay, we will look for the issue and respond soon." 2 weeks later and still no response (after I've sent several more emails) and still NO product. Such a joke and they will keep your money too!!

The dress that I got from them was very poor quality for the price! I tried to return it and they said that I had used it and washed it (even though that's not true). They have very bad service. I definitely don't recommend buying with them!

Ordered, didn’t get a confirmation email, so I commented on their insta, they told me to email them, which I did, haven’t received an answer.
Commented again and they told me to dm them my email, which I did, but they didn’t reply to that either.
Saw another girl comment that she hasn’t received hers, so I asked if she had gotten a confirmation email, which she had not. They then deleted our conversation. :)))

They are big cheats they haven’t delivered my product till now , they have now blocked me on Instagram and never reply to my emails , atleast they can refund my money they won’t do that .

Great cases, awesome brand. I have ordered from here two times after finding them on instagram and would recommend the company. The only thing is that their shipping takes a bit long (like 2 weeks), but I think it was mostly because of covid.

Awesome customer service, good quality cases. All the cases I have ordered from here are super high quality and affordable as well.

Dreadful. Phone case took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was damaged (bubbles in the plastic). Apparently to get a refund, I have to send it back - but they just refuse to send me an address. This has been going on for over a month.

UPDATE: now another month, and still nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Just like the other review said, I think they delete negative comments. Therefore, I wrote a really sweet and patient comment on their instagram and they responded with an email with a different tracking app which i really appreciated. However, this tracking hasn’t been updated since July 8th and it is August 2nd and I’m still waiting. Wish I had done a little more research before ordering here. I ordered back in May btw.
(UPDATE) I got my package August 16 and I love the phone case, but not worth nealry 3 month wait. I get that its covid time but i was told it would only take two weeks. I really recommend the gummy bear phone case, but there are PLENTY of other websites that deliver way faster and cheaper. The case was $20 but its on orher websites for $5.
