Pink Chalk was recommended to me after I experienced technical issues with emails. A big frustrating problem for me but a minor one in the world of IT. They were wonderful to deal with and did not seem fazed by my lack of understanding and sorted the problem quickly and I learnt a lot too. They were patient and very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve worked with Pink Chalk for many years and they were great in ensuring our IT systems ran smoothly when the company took itself out of a group. Easy to talk to and friendly staff that aim to resolve IT issues efficiently. Would recommend for either a company that requires daily IT support or simply to help resolve an IT issue on a project.

As someone who wasn’t very experienced they took the time to help me understand and hand held when needed. I was fully informed and assisted with making the right decisions. The budget we had was always limited and pink chalk managed to provide to us an excellent service still.

I work at Collab Group and PinkChalk have been amazing to us. Any questions/problems we have, they are always quick to help us solve the issues. Sometimes I feel silly for calling up about a minor issue but the team at PC are so lovely and patient, they never make you feel uncomfortable. They also talk you through what they're doing so you unintentionally learn which is an extra bonus if you're fascinated by IT related work. I highly recommend having them as your IT support provider.

Pink Chalk saved my computer and it’s files when the entire device was seemingly corrupted. Took time and care to make sure some extremely important files were backed up before proceeding and managed to salvage my laptop with everything on it still intact! Prompt service time as I needed an urgent fix. Personable, kind, and very knowledgeable team who know how to provide exemplary service. Will always recommend them to other companies - most reliable IT business I know.
