Decent but expensive for EP needs more distributed toilets
Cons - Toilets almost 10 mins walk from the furthest away tents.. needs to be better distributed within the harvest moon campsite at EP. No welcome pack (ear plugs/eye mask etc for tent - under the fairground noise) feels like the 'luxury' is slipping. Overpriced food and charged full price for breakfast bap when ran out of half the fillings!
Pros - really good toilets and shower facilities (although all the hair should be wiped down off the walls after every couple of uses). Pamper zone looked decent too. Coffee was nice (but slow as only 2 machines - 1 hour queue one morning)
Amazing first time experience with pink…
Amazing first time experience with pink moon, can’t wait for next year 🙌🏻
Just back from EP we stayed in Cosmic…
Just back from EP we stayed in Cosmic avenue and it has been a poor experience. This was not our first year glamping and we could definitely see the change this year more people rammed into the area yet less showers and toilets. We paid a lot of money for super deluxe tents and it was not that toilets were dirty and not working half the time. No direct access to arenas as in previous years was a big let down for us and the amount of people being let in to use facilities without bands no bands were shocking. It was our sons first experience in pink moon and they said it was not worth the money they will go back to campers next year. It was definitely quantity over quality this year.
Pink moon exceeded my expectations
Pink moon exceeded my expectations , amazing organisation and good layout -for a big festival I think it’s just perfect . Great location to the main arena. Memorable experience.
Had a fantastic time at in the silver…
Had a fantastic time at in the silver campsite. The assigned plot removed the stress of trying to find a spot to set up camp. The facilities were all very clean and well looked after, with hot showers and clean flushable toilets. Overall the experience definitely improved our festival experience and made our stay very comfortable.
Electric Picnic 2025
Had a great time at Electric Picnic through pink moon. Stayed in the harvest moon campsite which was only around the corner from the arena to the main stage. Great comforts and excellent facilities all around.

Pink moon is great- I felt secure and safe in the campsite which is my main reason for booking. The toilets are clean and the pamper parlour is a big plus! Would recommend to any high maintenance girls like me :)
Great experience again with Pinkmoon…
Great experience again with Pinkmoon 3rd year in a row camping with them and there is no going back to normal camping, the security is a big plus, the only thing is the implementing of the quiet time in the camp site not everyone seems to be aware of it.
But it wouldn't put me off, roll on EP 2026
EP2025 Moonlight Meadows
Moonlight Meadows at Electric Picnic 2025 was fantastic. Great location, friendly staff, lovely tent and nice hot showers. Coffee vans, food vendors, bar and pampour parlor onsite. Will be back in 2026

Great Electric Picnic 2025
We are on route back from EP 2025 . We had a 2nd glamping experience in Under the stars. We had a little rain this year but an overall great experience . Great service as always from the team especially Fibi the original OG in the reception there . Lovely meet and greet with shuttle buggy always helps. The change in toilets and showers this year a welcomed upgrade. Very clean and safe . The food each morning was excellent too.
Only one change would be to have the general admission bands in family camping so we can check in closer to where we are staying . The trek across the whole site was the only head melt :)
Otherwise we had the best time. Thank you
A grateful mother 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I am truly amazed and deeply grateful for the outstanding care and kindness shown to my 17th year old son at Reading Festival. This was his very first time camping, and as someone with Autism and ADHD, the experience of “sleeping rough” was quite overwhelming for him. On his first night, when he couldn’t sleep, he reached out to the Pink Moon team.
Straight away, they responded with such compassion upgrading his tent to a 4-man one, with airbed, blanket's in, offering him a hot chocolate, and making sure he felt safe and comfortable. From that moment on, they continued to look out for him and ensure he was supported throughout the whole weekend.
As a very worried mother, I cannot thank Pink Moon enough for the peace of mind you gave me, knowing my son was safe and cared for. Your kindness will never be forgotten. 💕
Rewind South 2025
Had a great time at Rewind South camping with Pink Moon again. The new vacuum toilets were an unexpected improvement. All of the staff are a delight and visible security walking around makes it feel very safe. Shame there wasn’t a designated parking area, which there has been previously, but other than that everything was very good.
Overall a great experience.
Overall a great experience staying in a deluxe 4-man tent at Leeds Festival. I only wish there was an option to have a 'quiet/family zone'. We were surrounded by groups of teenagers, who were having a great time, but I just didn't want to hear all night. I'll be investing in some good earplugs next time
Leeds Fest- everything was spotless
Leeds Fest- everything was spotless. The toilets were really clean and were cleaned regularly. The security was great...especially the ones on the scaffolding tower in both the campsite and car park as they had a great overview.
Charging area was around a circular table that was hard to get to due to being monopolised by some. Perhaps a shelving rack of some sort may be better so that more people can access it when needed.
The beauty parlour was a great addition to.
As good as any hotel stay!
We stayed with Pink Moon at the Reading Festival 2025. We were in the 2 berth super delux and we loved it!! It could be cold at night but warm duvets and extra blankets got us cosy once ‘home’. Through the day the tents could be very hot when sunny but we’d our outside space - table and chairs - and just chilled. A small rechargeable fan would be an amazing addition - or bring your own! The staff never stop - the showers were always spotless, as were the toilets. Queues were minimal. Felt really safe here, quiet too. It was a long walk into the arena itself and a very long way from the shuttle bus drop off but we just made do.
Terrible sleep and facilities not working
We upgraded to a deluxe bell tent for one night at Sandringham. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Our tent was located under a string of lights beside one of the power generators which ran all night therefore I didn't sleep most of the night. The toilets weren't flushing and almost overflowing at 3am then again at 6am. We had an early flight to catch the following morning and the showers also did not work. The contact number rang out when we tried to ring it several times that day. Pink Moon have responded to say that there was a power outage and it was out of their control. They have also refunded £50 as a "gesture of goodwill". Apparently the site plan and tents are allocated by a computer. I paid almost £400 for this experience. The bell tent itself was comfortable, clean but tightly crammed into a field site. If you're not worried about cost or sleep, looking for somewhere to throw bags then it is fine but I would not book with this company again.
Peace of mind for a parent
I booked a tent with sleeping bag, and pillow for my 16 year old son. With security, charging, hot showers and toilets it was worth £150 for the peace of mind. My son and his friends felt safe and came home clean.
