I ordered nyx fat lip oils AND they Are So different from what they Are suppost to be . So i guess they Are fake ?? AND nyx lip pencil is neon Pink instead of a darker creamy Pink

I ordered two NYX lip pencils in the same shade - Nude Beige. I have been buying that shade for years, the last time I bought it was in April of this year, also through the Pink Panda website. When I opened it, I saw that it was not the same shade, even though it says 'nude beige' on the pencils. I contacted Pink Panda's customer service and they did not even explain why both pencils were different shades, they just asked me to return the products. I said that I will not return the products because I would be wasting time at the Post Office and it didn't matter I'd lost 6 EUR on the lip liners, but that I was interested in what happened to know if it's safe to order from their site. They didn't seem to be interested in seeing where the error occurred, or has it affected any other products or shades. 20 days have passed since Mr. Saša from Pink Panda did not respond to my email, after which two more followed, which were like the previous ones - read but left unanswered.

Unfortunately, I have waited for my package way longer than it was estimated. That wouldn't be a problem if the package came as it was supposed to, but this time the products didn't arrive in a cardboard box (as they were in previous orders), but they came in a packaging that looks like a paper bag with some isolation inside. The box where the serum was was totally smashed; the plastic box where the lip balm was was also totally smashed and ripped off; and the box where the face cream was was scratched.
I immediately took pictures of everything and sent them to their support team, but three days later, there was no reply.
