Hi Richard.

Hope you are keeping well.

I just wanted to reply back to your review regarding your delivery not arriving.

Your brownie was posted on Monday April 20th with your order placed on Saturday 18th. I have retained the proof of posting and can confirm that it was sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

In usual times, this service works to a 95% next day delivery with the remaining 5% arriving the following day. Royal Mail are working extremely hard during these difficult times but even so, if I had known that you your order had not been received as expected, I would have been happy to send an immediate replacement. I would also have upgraded the delivery to next day, fully tracked and signed for.

It was such a shame to see your review as I am processing every order personally, to help bring a little cheer to everybody who either orders or receives. If your order has still not arrived, I would be happy to send another brownie for you today and use tracked postage. Could you please just send me a quick email to confirm this would be acceptable and I will process everything without any delay.

Most incredible brownie!!

I received the double chocolate brownie as a gift for Mother’s Day and I can honestly say it was the nicest brownie I have ever tasted. It’s cuts in to 9 decent bite sizes so a great shared if you’re in to that. I’ve since bought it for my friends too. Would highly recommend. Perfect as a gift and a feel good lift for anyone you know who needs some indulgence
