I have frequently bought their oysters online. Their premises and quayside van at Orford are an unbeatable delight.
I thank them as world leaders in quality and value. I am writing this from New Zealand where nothing comes close to Pinneys. Nor in the U.S. nor Australia.

I have been a customer for many years. Pinneys' products are outstanding. Their smoked mackerel is exquisite, utterly superior to the pieces of dried leather so often sold in supermarkets, and perfect for making pate. I had a problem with the carriers (APC-Overnight) with the latest delivery, and customer services replaced my order with no quibbles.

Ordered smoked cod roe by post. The quality was amazing . The packaging to keep it cool was space age. Delivered all the way to scotland in 24 hours by DHL. Highly recommended.

Last year I ordered a big delivery for my sisters birthday , nothing arrived and when I contacted them they didn’t even apologise

I was looking for Smoked Cods Roe which is often hard to get, but found this website who appeared to do good quality products at a reasonable price (Cods Roe is expensive, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but the price was competitive). I ordered two lots of Cods Roe and two Smoked Mackerel on a Thursday, and it arrived first thing on the following Tuesday, so an acceptable delivery time. The packaging was fantastic. A large polystyrene box, inside bubblewrap, then a couple of sleeves of frozen ice, then the fish,then more ice and more bubblewrap. I shall keep it for collecting other chilled and frozen stuff when I go shopping. Everything looks excellent quality. The Cods Roe (which will be taramasalata by this evening) looks the best quality I've ever bought, and the mackerel also look super, and a good size. Will definitely be ordering again, and will probably try some of their other products which look very interesting. Highly recommended.
