The best part about Pinpointe is that…

The best part about Pinpointe is that it allows my company to generate revenue and keep contact information at the same time. Please it has comprehensive reporting that allows us to make meaningful changes to our campaign.

So far, I haven't found anything I don't like, which the expectation that I can only have one "segment" per contact. Other than that, Pinpointe has exceeded my expectations.

Pintpointe on demand allows us to be nimble and responsive. It does this by saving us time and allowing us to engage faster and better than before.

Pinpointe Flexibility, Expertise and Customer Service

We appreciated the flexibility the Pinpointe team provided to create a plan that worked best for our client. Throughout the sales, setup and maintenance processes we always found exceptional availability from the team. They lead with excellent customer service and that has never left the business relationship. Whether we were discussing initial setup, customization with APIs, or metrics and reporting Pinpointe always brought a high level of expertise that matched our needs.

Pinpointe was selected as a mass mail service that could protect our client from mail-related domain damage while adding mail campaign metrics and a very intuitive user interface. The metrics and reporting tools were an unexpected plus. They are used by our team and be client end users to optimize their mail campaigns.

Pinpointe On-Demand is a great product!

I have seen what happens when a company has a great product but has a mediocre sales and support team. Pinpointe On-Demand as a product is great but their team is fantastic, a necessary step in the right direction, especially when you are walking in the dark! Coaching and training every step of the way. The only downside is that you cannot attach it to a different email connector (SMTP service) but this is expected. The WYSIWIG and the other features are great!

Everything you need from an Email Service Provider plus great customer service

Across all our brands we send more than 20 newsletters each week. Pinpointe has helped us to create a very efficient process for setting up and sending these newsletters. Our newsletter open and click rates went up almost immediately when we started using Pinpointe. In addition, we send a multitude of emails to promote events, webinars, premium reports, etc. The drag-and-drop email builder in Pinpointe has made creating these mobile-friendly e-blasts easier than ever.

6-year-plus user, and satsified.

I've been using Pinpointe for more than six years and I'm very happy with its performance. I send emails worldwide, and the timed-release delivery feature works well for us to reach readers at an optimum time. I also find the almost-limitless list segmentation helps us hone in on specific audiences.

Pinpointe Customer for over 10 years …

We have been with Pinpointe for over ten years. Their program has made it easy for us to manage our 5 different store databases and email market to each of them using stored footer templates that are easily accessible when we want to change to a different location. Customer support is amazing, especially Brian! Always quick to respond and solve any technical issues or questions we have.

Our experience with Pinpointe has been nothing but great. After dealing with problems with previous EBS companies we came across this platform and have had outstanding performances from campaigns and an extremely easy time using it. We continue to grow our partnership with Pinpointe each year and appreciate the amazing customer service, personalization, and ease of use.

An amazing company to do business with!

Working for an email marketing company with many small to mid-size clients, we were constantly utilizing different email service providers/client-owned CRMs that were not up to par for our needs for many reasons. We set out to find a company that would allow all of our clients to have accounts under one roof; who had good service/support; whose design templates and implementation tools were not complicated; and who had a good reporting system -- all of these things were things that so many other ESPs lacked. One of our clients actually shared with us information on Pinpointe and after a couple of initial calls we started setting up our Agency account/client sub accounts. It was soon apparent with the amazing level of service received that we would be here to stay. The pricing is very good in comparison to others, the ease of their system for implementation is terrific, their reporting far exceeds most other ESPs/CRMs that we had used (and there were many), and the customer service/support was initially, and remains to this day, AMAZING! I cannot say enough about the level of support received. We are constantly in need of support for many things - and the responses from any level at the organization (especially support since we bug almost daily) are always timely, accurate, and so very insightful. The ease of communicating with anyone within the PP organization from sales to support to training is like no other. They also work on improvements to help serve us and their other clients constantly. This is a great company, with great people working there! I have, and will continue to highly recommend Pinpointe On-Demand.

Outstanding customer service and tech support

We have used many ESPs over my tenure with this company, and Pinpointe has by far the most responsive and easy to work with tech support in the industry. Multiple options are available for you to reach out to them, including site chat. I've never had to wait long to receive a thorough explanation, fix, and/or walk-through from the team regarding any issues I've bumped up against.

Pinpointe Checks All the Boxes

We started using Pinpointe about 18 months ago and have found it to be exceptional in terms of its capability to deliver visually-appealing and informative email campaigns to our various audiences. Pinpointe makes my job easier!

Pinpointe makes it easy to create and build emails with the Drag and Drop Campaign Builder. If I ever do run in to any issues, the customer service team is always quick and thorough with their responses. I mostly work on the design of our emails, but I know my team enjoys the tracking features and the surveys. Pinpointe makes it so I can get assigned a new email campaign, get it designed/built and sent out in the same day. I really enjoy using this program.

Great service, solid platform and knowledgeable

We spent several months looking for the right company to have our email marketing go through and we heard good things about PinPointe so we gave it a try. It was a GREAT decision. Very informative and timely responses, full of ideas and resources to improve our email campaigns, and that does not begin to explain how it has helped our email campaigns overall.

I would happily recommend them as an email service. In fact, I already have.

Intuitive Interface + Supportive Staff

Our company has been using several sending services for years and Pinpointe is simply the best. The pre-flight spam checker has helped us tremendously when sending out campaigns. Their interface is intuitive and they provide an amazing support staff (shoutout to Brian), which usually replies within an hour if we ever have any questions. What we like most about Pinpointe is their high-quality reporting. The information they offer is unlike any other service we’ve used, including click maps, link reports, and campaign quality scores. We recommend Pinpointe to any business with a large database.

Our firm was very hesitant to leave our…

Our firm was very hesitant to leave our provider of over 12 years. Do we have any regrets? Yes, that we did not do it sooner. I cannot express how happy we are to have made the move. The system is easy to use, very high quality. The team we have on our side, is awesome. Replies anytime, any day and mostly within 45 minutes. Our delivers, opens never better and reporting very clear and detailed. The continually work with us to achieve even better results. Highly recommended. We have been here almost 1 year now. Looking forward to many, many years with Pinpointe.
