I chose them as a merchant provider…

I chose them as a merchant provider because of
a referral to use this company. Its been 2-3 weeks now and there has been nothing but loops theyve taken me through. Everyone works from home and during the screening process, they want to check your credit then have someone else from a blocked number supposedly the underwriter to call and verify who you are after they have your banking and every other detail. Its been a major hassle and Im still not set up. I now have to find another company to go with. At this point its been stressful.

Drunk and misogynistic

Literally sounded black-out drunk on the phone, addressed me as "hun" and "dear", and acted unprofessional, rude, and patronizing. Avoid if you can.

No answer if there are problems

Yes its one of the cheapest places to get the Pinwheel EUC.
And they have a great response time when you are buying a product.

But the moment I had a problem with the battery they don't answer in any way. I have tried for months now.
