I had a fantastic experience with Pioneer Caravans when purchasing my new Bailey Endurance, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, Ben looked after me throughout the whole process and made what can sometimes feel like a big purchase incredibly relaxed and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He took the time to answer every question, kept me informed, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was right.

What really stood out about Pioneer is that they are clearly a family-run business with very high standards. The whole team creates an atmosphere where you feel welcomed, respected and looked after, rather than just being another customer. There is a real sense that they care about the people they deal with and want you to enjoy the whole journey into campervan ownership.

The handover was excellent and the van looked fantastic. I’m absolutely delighted with my Bailey Endurance, and Pioneer made the whole experience memorable for all the right reasons.

Nasty nasty woman and no respect for the neighborhood 11.27pm I confronted them about there building work folk lift trucks plus an extreamly loud fan drying there cement building work in a residential neighborhood BY LAW NO LATER THAN 6PM I GOT TOLD TO GO F MY SELF BY SOME NASTY WOMEN THE NOISE WENT ON THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT TO VERY EARLY HOURS the whole area heard the noise THEY ARE LAW BREAKERS SO CUSTOMERS DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL THEY ARE LIARS LIARS LIARS I WOULD GET WORK YOUVE HAD DONE RE CHECKED BY A GOOD TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

We have had a wonderful buying experience from pioneer caravans in Eye Peterborough Pe6 7ub,, nothing was to much trouble, there is one issue outstanding (bailey part) that couldn't be rectified at that time, it was our choice to take the van, and return to have the part fitted when the part is in there stock from Bailey, every thing we asked for was done to a very high standard, we would like to thank the sales team Steve and Ben, we had no sales pressure, and the hand over was extremely comprehensive, even highlighted a few parts that we would need and supplied them as part of our caravan deal, so no extra money was parted with, our overall experience was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with, will definitely use Pioneer caravan center again , Vinny,, Terri,, and Dexter (our puppy)

I recently purchased a Swift caravan from Pioneer Caravans. There was no pressure at all and they went to great lengths to ensure I was happy. They offered a really good price on my trade in. All this happened in March this year. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer issue with the van but Pioneer were there for me and in a very short space of time have resolved the problem. I can thoroughly recommend Pioneer Caravans to anyone. In a world where there are some very dubious caravan dealers they are an example of how to build business and trust

Another flawless purchase from Steve and his team (Paul) nothing is any trouble. This is my 2nd motorhome from pioneercaravans and highly recommend them

Took my caravan to Pioneer Caravans for a repair and asked them to replace the outside light (which was damaged but still working fine). While it was there, the PSU suddenly failed — something I believe happened because of the electrical work they were doing.

Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I had to pay for a new PSU. This is shocking given that I bought the caravan from them, have spent £400–£500 a year in their shop, and was even planning to trade the caravan in with them for a new one.

After the way I’ve been treated, I won’t be giving them another penny. Appalling customer service, no accountability, and zero loyalty to long-standing customers. If this is how they treat people who’ve supported their business for years, think twice before trusting them with your money.

Having previously purchased motorhomes from other dealers and having mixed feelings about their services and having to downsize we visited pioneer caravans .
Met their salesperson Paul who was found to be very knowledgeable and helpful, so helpful that we purchased a new motorhome that day, on delivery we found a small problem of which Michael their service manager was quick to finding a solution.A great personal experience all round and would certainly recommend this company

The accessory shop .. after picking up our motorhome returned several days later to pick up those essential items ( BBQ + AWNING ) .. just like sales everyone so happy , helpful and knowledgeable . It was a real pleasure doing business ..

We bought our first motorhome from Pioneer Caravans. We bought it here because we found the exact model we wanted. Steve Wicks and Ben are great sales people. Not pushy but answering every question we threw at them. They gave us a good deal on the 1-year old Bailey and the day we collected it, they spent another 2 hours to answer all the questions we had as we are motorhome newbies, and to top it all they even threw in a few extras to get us going.

What can I say about the sales manager Steve wicks and the other 2 sales guys, they are very very professional extremely helpful with enquiries we had about a certain caravan,from start to finish it was made so easy for us, they made the time for us with everything even up to when we pulled out of the car park. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this caravan dealership, they are all a HUGE credit to the company and a big thank you for everything you have done for us.

I recently purchased a campervan from Pioneer Caravans. Being new to this, I heavily relied on the knowledge and experience of the sales team who were fantastic. The whole experience from front to back has been slick without any complications. I have also made use of the aftersales team/service and found them to be efficient and reliable. Overall, I have found the experience to be very good and I will definitely return in the future.
