Arrived in plenty of time. Huge box though for two bits of insulation!
Unfortunately bought all this and the plumber only used 9” and none of the glue! . So it was a waste of money really! Not the company’s fault though they were helpful and obliging.

If you decide to make a return, expect a 30% deduction from the total cost of your order.
I ordered items from this site, but due to incorrect measurements by the plumber we hired, I had to return everything. To my surprise, the refund, including return shipping, amounted to only 30% of my original payment. I find this amount to be extremely high.
In response to your reply dear pipelagging.co.uk, what other choice did I have? Should I keep the product and try to sell it myself, or agree to your unfair conditions? You don’t offer any other options. I believe this is not the right way to treat your customers.

When you e-mailed in to request to return the goods we replied to say that this would not be an issue.
The reply stated that a collection charge and a 20% restocking fee would be chargeable and deducted from your refund which you agreed to.
