I would definitely not use this company. I ordered 2 items of clothing. It’s a defunct website-what clothing store is password protected? Scam. They got the money and I haven’t received my items!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots and they do not fit. I am trying to return them for a refund and I can't even find a way to contact this company. It says I need a store code to get into their site. This company is a joke. Do not order from them.

I would definitely not use this company. I ordered 2 items of clothing and they arrived 17 days later, in a scruffy bag, with a return address in Basildon. The clothes were gigantic. I ordered Small, but even my friend who orders Large, says they would be too big for her. I asked to return but was told I would have to ship to China as that's where they had originally come from. I told them that I couldn't see anywhere on their website that it says the goods need sending to China (there is an address in London on the site, but it just says don't return here, it doesn't say to China). The email was harsh and perfunctory, stating penalties if the goods didn't arrive exactly, and all the customs they would have to go through. I emailed and said 'but the clothes are incorrectly sized', and I was told 'yes' because I'd ordered 'looser'. I ordered Small, not gigantic. If I could have returned to the UK address either on the site or the packaging where the bag had been sent from in Basildon, I would thought 'lesson learned' and paid to send there and just not shopped from there again, but the customer service was terrible, not at all polite or understanding and I feel I was duped as nowhere did it say that I would have to return to China. I was told I could exchange, but I would still have to pay to return the items to China. A dreadful experience and I would not recommend.
