This is truly a scam website! I deposited and got a bonus. With this bonus and my deposit I had won well over £900. I went to withdraw and it would not allow it as there was still an active bonus requirement on there. So I kept on playing. Eventually i got down to £700 and checked again and this time it allowed the withdrawal. After several long days of trying to verify my identity (this in itself was an awful experience) they told me that they had realeased my winning to my bank. After several days I received an email stating I wasn't getting my money and had basically refunded my original deposit but they voided all of my winnings! Any excuse not to pay out.

Yes, I'm having an issue with trying to redeem a $19 redemption that I've won. I'm from the United States and I truly agree with everyone else that this is a potential scam or fraud. I downloaded this app from Apple App Store into my horror yesterday 17th of April 2026 I was notified that Apple does not provide oversight to the third-party app developers, and if you have an issue with them, it is the Consumer to deal with on their own. Apple will not assist they do not govern third-party App developers, so I am making it my mission to inform as many people as I can please be mindful. Please do your research when downloading third-party applications from any platform as you may not get assistance if problems or issues arise from the owner of the platform that you're downloading the app from I hope this helps this app is definitely either a scam or fraud. I agree that they are definitely trying to appear as the other app casinos that are available currently on any app there's no live support. There's no Customer service support you get automated messages that say the same thing and when you try to withdraw or redeem your earnings, even though it does specify a specific time on their redemption page in the app they do not abide by those same rules in regulations and create automated excuses that repeat over and over and over again when you try to question receipt of your winnings I hope this helps

Absolutely diabolical!! Always have a clause when it comes to a withdrawal especially if you’ve used bonuses or free spins. Won £100’s but never been paid out. Takes a least 5 days for a withdrawal to go through even if you’re vip. Stay clear!! They have now started a sister site potter slots… avoid them too!!

When I first joined, I won £6000 but they refused to pay out and kept putting back into the account saying still had wagering to complete, not on this deposit, but previous deposits. I think that most of the non Gamstop sites have very low win percentages and rarely pay even if you do manage to win anything. I too have asked for my account to be closed but the request is ignored. Sadly I got dragged in to this site with the seemingly generous sign up bonuses. Biggest mistake of my life.

At one stage I had £10K winnings which they refused to payout due to a minor amount of the winning generated from a bonus. I have had live winnings unpaid and sitting as pending and communication dries up when you get issues with them. The more I get to know them the more I think they are definitely unprofessional and scammers.

Like everyone else says they are scammers they are working with torox an offerwall company getting people to deposit £20 with the promise of getting £30 back.this never happens and when you contact customer services they say they know nothing about this offer and they don't work with torox despite it still being displayed on torox offerwall.
