Delivery issues
We place regular orders and have no complaints about the product itself or the customer service response. However, Post NL never delivers our orders to our address but always to a collection point. This isn't convenient as the order is often heavy plus the collection point keeps irregular hours.
Also Post NL always delay the delivery and, despite their emails, they never manage to fulfil their delivery.
Finally, the last 2 orders have been damaged in transit and returned to sender which means a further delay and inconvenience.
