We didn’t know a great deal about apps but had been told that our 3D modelling company needed one. After an introduction to the Pixel Apps team we were given sound advice and ideas to make the app effective.

Used Sam and his company on a couple of occasions now. Pricing is very fair and the team communicate well - something unusual in this industry I have found.
Delivered the projects pretty much on time and to agreed specification I am more than happy with the work, the price and the delivery. I have already recommended a couple of colleagues who are using Pixel Apps and they are also happy.
Rotten attitude and arrogant behaviour. Needs to tone down his ego a bit. Very impatient and doesn't understand business process, wishes to rush things without taking customers considerations into account. Believes discussing business and planing is a "waste of my time".

We're really disappointed to see this review. In terms of the business process, we have hundreds of satisfied clients and have worked with many top companies in the UK and abroad, we fully understand the business process but it is exactly that, business - we are not a free tech consultancy firm.
We spent a concentrated period of time discussing your project with you and offered a number of suggestions for implementation. We politely declined your request to provide yet more information until we undertook the project as we are not in the position to be able to provide potential clients hours of work at no cost - we have a solid client-base who take priority over new custom and that will always be the case. Working without being paid is a "waste of time" for any business, especially when the business in question has current paid work to take priority.
We made it clear that we were happy to provide further information to you once contracted to do the project, but despite lengthy conversations that did not materialise which is why we terminated our discussions. Thanks.
Excellent communication from start to finish, product delivered earlier than expected and to a higher standard than what I paid for. I have already recommended Pixel Apps to other companies and will continue to do so.
