I bought camera with them for €2200 with 3 to 14 days delivery. Received product from Honk Kong month after without any explanation. Product fake (grey market camera) without support and warranty. Customer service - disaster AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I have ordered from Pixmania on a number of occasions and have never had an issue with them. Delivery has always been fast and i've never had an issue with the Customer Service. 5 Stars.

I recently purchased a Samsung telly from this company, for which I paid EUR 563. The payment went excellent, however it all went downhill from there. A week later I found out through customer service that the telly cannot and will not be delivered and that they have requested a refund for my money. A week after that the refund had still not cleared and I asked what was wrong - customer service told me that the money was never debited in first place so they are not going to refund anything!

I phoned up my bank and they confirmed the money was charged, so I asked for a manager to explain to me why they are not refunding the money. The manager confirmed that a refund will be made, and today instead of a refund, they have charged me with another EUR 560! So now I have paid over a grand for a telly that never came to my address!

This is the biggest scam in my life and I will never ever ever use the website ever again.

I hope that this review keeps other people away from this scam.

Purchased a phone from KRAFT via Pixmania on 6th of January and still no phone. I`ve ordered before from Pixmania 6-7 times and was no any issue. Status of my order still shows "confirmed" so they definitely got the money. So now I have no phone and no money... 6 emails sent and just ignored. Never again Pixmania.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 5s in very good condition [that's what it said on the site] from their ''trusted partner'' DESTOCK-ONE , delivery time 24-48 hours. Guess what, every single detail was a lie, including contact details, which were incorrect. Delivery took over a week, came in with regular post, common France to Ireland in 48 Hours with regular post, really? Item classified as very good condition [i take it, nearly as good as new, wouldn't you think so?]- so it was, discoloration at the back, scratched and chipped aluminium frame of iPhone, scratched screen [very intensive around front camera, as if someone tried to remove sticker with a screw driver, which was super glued to screen] and the worst still to come... a top right side of the phone is smeared with industrial glue and there would be no chance to remove it, even if I would try to and you can obviously see that the side of phone is glued... you think that's all.. the battery is faulty too it dies at 40%, doesn't power back on unless plugged to mains and comes back with 40% once powered back. and also cheap replicas of iPhone accessories [all of them]. The only compliment about Pixmania I'll say to Ina from customer service, she helped me to get tracking number after almost a week of waiting for super fast delivery and that, she was very helpful and professional, but that was the only communication pixmania attended to, after they ignored every single complaint. DESTOCK-ONE is some ignorant crowd, takes ages to get reply for them if you lucky to get one. As they answer only to comfortable questions... and the only line they know is: -You have 14 days to return item. After getting through to them and explaining that it was not the item I ordered, asked for the correct item to be resent, I was told these items not available, they don't have a very good condition phones and first time ever I was introduced to the 'truth''- the phone you bought is GRADE B and end of story, no sorry, no we will investigate, no nothing. Ok as my blood was boiling and couldn't allow myself to take more hassle and stress, I tryied to compromise [yes I, not pixmania, not DESTOCK-ONE, I was willing to compromise] - by agreeing with grade B phone, under one condition, that they collect glued and scratched phone and replace with something without glue... and what they said- no and argument is that they don't know will it be glued or scratched... what? they sell stuff and they don't know what they sell. Anyway, now hanging and waiting for these kind people to reply to me, as last thing I asked is to get full refund [ I need to keep my stress levels to minimum, due to my health]. ''The trusted partner'' is now looking for me to pay for shipping back to them, because they scammed me and now I actually need to pay money for fixing their mistakes. Pixmania is of the same kind business, I've reported at least 3 times to them directly about False Advertisement, haven't even received a reply, I think that's how this company operates, it's ok once payment is secured... I feel robbed, fooled and ignored. And left with only option- taking legal action and going through Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. PayPal claim opened [ thanks god I had enough brain to use PayPal]

I ordered a camera on 30-11-15 and was told 2 weeks delivery. I was given tracking number and told it would be deliverd last Monday. Then found out this was only the delivery to amazon warehouse not to my house (very misleading). I was then told that it would arrive in a few days , still waiting & contacted again on 17th , still no reply. Tried phoning buyfive , this was in Hong Kong!! They did not speak English and hung up when I spoke in English. This is awful !! Please can you tell me when the camera will arrive . Order number CCL 1507369966.

Bought iPad 2 from pixmania.ie on good Black Friday offer. It should have been delivered by Elitegsm from France. Following day I received initial fake DHL shipment notification, but the status was never updated and item never collected from Elitegsm by DHL. After 12 days I tried to call them, but the don't answer phones nor emails. The item is still in promotional offer on Pixmania, but I had to cancel this a week before Christmas. Now I need to get my money back. I lost possibility for other good deal on Black Friday and now will need to buy this ipad for extra €35 more comparing to second best offer on that day. The other time I bought a printer. All was fine, but delivered from the Netherlands with European version of power plug, which was not perfect. Probably won't buy anything from Pixmania, and Elitegsm is just a scam.

Would not recommend, when it arrived the screen was loose and rattling around. At one stage it actually came out of the phone and I had to push it back in. Have had the phone just over a month or so and it is completely broken. Started with the battery would have it fully charged and it would always say it was on 2% so I never knew if it needed to be charged or not. And now it won't turn on unless I'm lucky and have it plugged in even still it will only stay on less than 5 mins. So angry with this.

I ordered a Samsung Tab 8.4 on Pixmania as a birthday present. Supposedly dispatched 11 July by Royal Mail but no sign of it using the tracking number given. Tried to contact Pixmania but referred to Fangel in GB (Order RU848818586GB). They promised to find out what had happened but had to be asked a week later what was going on. Three weeks after the order, FANGEL came back to say Royal Mail hadn't shipped because the parcel was damaged. No explanation as to why Royal Mail hadn't notified myself or FANGEL. Sounds as if it was never shipped in the first place. Was promised it would be shipped by DPD. A week later, I had to query again with no response. A few days later, I had to query again and got a ridiculous response about tracking numbers, Channel Tunnel chaos, etc (I had bought in Ireland, had been redirected to UK and now had some how or other crossed the English Channel). I was promised it would be shipped out later in the week, together with a compensatory gift. In fact, it arrived that day (minus the compensatory gift).

By friend's birthday had long passed but when she finally got her tablet, she found it was an Italian product with a two-prong plug. To try to change the language set up, she first had to get through the Italian set up instructions.

I would never buy on Pixmania again. They make it impossible to contact Customer Service without setting up an account. As for Fangel, they don't seem to know whether they are coming or going! And the product turns out not to be 'fit for purpose'

I've bought many items from pixmania over the years and I was always happy so when I wanted an iphone 6 I used Fangel Europe on the pixmania Web site. It arrived promptly but I couldn't activate it here in Ireland. I discovered it's a carfone warehouse UK model and requires a UK sim card and so should not have been sold to me in Ireland. Fangel apologised by email and promised to have it unlocked in a few days.
This went on for weeks and judging by the emails they were sending me I knew it was all a bluff. I didn't want to risk sending it back so I got a UK sim to activate it but can't get it unlocked until it's used in the UK!
All this has been very annoying to say the least after spending nearly €700.
Pixmania allowing Fangel to sell on their site has lost my trust in every using them again.
Nice phone, pity I can't make a call on it in the country I live in!

Purchased a phone from Fangel through Pixmania on 1st August and still no phone. Same excuses as others. 1. Incorrect tracking number given to me yet I was never issued on in the first place. 2. Euro tunnel closure causing delay. 3. A promise to deliver by the Monday and that is now over a week ago and now they are saying they have no stock. I stupidly ordered another phone from UK bargain deals again on Pixmania stating delivered in 6 days. Guess what? Six days is up and still no delivery. 3 emails ignored. Pixmania clearly don't do any checks into their 3rd party sellers. I've used Amazon for 3rd party sellers loads of times with no issues at all. Pixmania never again.

I also bought a cellphone on pixmania in the FANGEL EUROPE.I have waited for ten days. And I am still waiting.I sent the order problem to pixmania, and got a response 30 mins later. then the FANGEL EUROPE give a email back.

this is what the email said:
"Dear Customer,

We appreciate your custom by purchasing from our store Fangel on Pixmania. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences experienced by the inactive of the tracking number given to you, this was as a result of a technical hitch with the set of numbers supplied to us from the courier (Royal Mail) and additionally the closure of the Euro tunnel that affected our European customers.
We (Fangel Europe) have resolved to send out a replacement order plus compensation gift to all customers affected by Thursday/Friday with DPD and tracking numbers will be updated instantly for a safe and fast delivery. Once again we apologise for any inconveniences this delay may have caused. Thanks

But after that, I still do not know where is the phone, was it dispatch or not?
I do not know, is it the turth about technical hitch, but I have already sent a email to Royal Mail about this, I am waiting for the response of Royal Mail now.

2015/08/13 I still don't know where is the phone. I sent an email to FANGEL to cancel my order, no response back. Then, I sent another email to pixmania, hope they will help me to solve it. Also, I disputed it on paypal.

However I can't find the FANGLEL on Pixmania now.

Hi, I ordered a phone with you and precisely with FANGEL EUROPE and never received it; the tracking information in Pixmania is "Partly dispatched" since the very beginning and the tracking number is wrong when I track it on RoyalMail... and no one seams to care about the complaint I sent them...

To every one who is looking to buy anything from FANGEL EUROPE - PLEASE DON'T !!!!!!
I bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 over 2 weeks ago and still didn't receive my order !!! I was trying to contact FANGEL EUROPE number of times - phone they provided is switch off and no one is responding to emails. Its better to pay €10 and receive your order.
I'm very unhappy and Pixmania should not allowed to have sellers like this one.

I don't understand how a big company like Pixmania can allow Nigerian Internet Scammers to use their site. I thought that the sellers are chosen with case!!

The seller is FANGEL EUROPE and they are a complete scam.

All the newest SAMSUNG products are being "sold" by this scammer.

Pixmania doesn't do anyting about this, it makes them scammers too.

Ordered 42inch smart tv Sunday night. Arrived before 9:00am the following Friday morning. TV is working perfectly. Excellent price. Thanks.

I bought a phone from Pixmania.ie expecting an Irish VAT invoice, pixmania gave my business to a UK company and I couldn't get any VAT invoice despite many emails to Pixmania and the UK company FANGEL Europe.

Have not used this company since and never will again, very misleading

TV arrived today, exactly 5 working days after ordering it and needless to say it's gorgeous.

I had to write a review here about the Pixmania experience as the scaremongering on this thread was worrying me while I was in delivery limbo. I had visions of weeks of fights and call centre ticket numbers.

But no, true to their word, the TV arrived 5 working days after ordering it.

I was given a tracking code for Dascher - now, this could be improved but it's at the Dascher end of things rather than Pixmania. When I finally found the tracking system from Dascher I was happy enough to follow the TV from France, through Germany, into the UK and then finally on to Johnston Logistics in Rathcoole.

So, no hassle, don't stress it. Pixmania are the good guys.

Having used Pixmania years ago and had a good experience I didn't bother looking for reviews. Having ordered my camera to find that it would be fulfilled by another company, and with lots of ambiguous language about order fulfilment in my order email, I looked. Terrible reviews and appalling lack of communication made me nervous about my purchase.
Much to my delight, it turned up in 3 days. Obviously a Grey import, as expected, in the wrong box (Camera & Lens kit box) but with a UK power supply and clearly factory fresh camera and accessories.
The box is headed for the bin, I have my brand new 70D and an extra £150 in my pocket. Happy with that.

I just received my order of a Medtronic alarm clock.Unfortunately I'm unable to use it as the instructions are written in many European languages but not in English.
Very disappointing as English is a universal language .
