Lack of care and respect for customers

Lack of care and respect for customers. Failed to deliver order in full and was told by manager the rest of the order would arrive, never did. Pizza Hut head office did not care or want to help. Try your local pizza place over this poorly run establishment.

I ordered thin and crispy

I ordered thin and crispy, and I got a deep pan instead. I paid for extra pepperoni and extra pineapple. After an extensive search, I found a little of both. We're still searching for the tomato base we asked for.

Quality? Garbage. Price $44. Value $0.00

The DISGUSTING ignorance of the person…

The DISGUSTING ignorance of the person on the phone who I had to deal with at Pizza Hut Camp Hill Qld 4152 when I had tried calling them straight after I had put an order through Uber Eats.. for a fair while I was trying I also had actual Pizza Hut itself trying to call through to them to get them to put BBQ sauce base on the pizza's I had ordered not their disgusting gross tomato sauce base, the rude incompetent individual treated me like a useless piece of crap and rudely told me to get Uber Eats to deal with it and hung up on me... absolutely pathetic service from Pizza Hut Camp Hill. I had to cancel my order because of the incompetent rude disrespectful thing I was having to deal with, I did the right thing by calling up straight away to the Camp Hill Pizza Hut restaurant, they totally ignored the phone the whole time so now I have been hit up from Uber Eats with a $24.09 cancellation fee.... absolutely patheticly DISGUSTING all because of the the complete ignorance from Pizza Hut Camp Hill...so all up I got charged $49.63 for absolutely nothing...no food just a disrespectful thing that should not be working anywhere especially in a place with customers...do something about him Pizza Hut, because I am going to take this further till something is definitely done about it!!!!

It's not so much as a bad food review more like bad customer service from driver and store employee

It's not so much as a bad food review but more of a lack of service. I get it delivered and every time i get a phone call saying come to the complex carpark I can't find your apartment. I'm B3 so it's A BLOCK THEN B BLOCK AND C BLOCK. it's not rocket science, and I have put it down to laziness and I did contact the store and the supervisor or however basically said too bad for you lift you game pizza hut Dominos as no trouble finding my apartment and to make it worse, I actually noted in delivery comments online middle building at the end so yeah looks like I'm going back to Dominos I guess see what happens on my next order if I'm paying almost $10 surcharge on a weekend I expect good service

Depends on shop

I dunno man, depends on the shop. I have a good one near me that knows me and always takes care of us since we moved. The last place had bad owners though, I dont think they are all owned by same person.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

A telephone order was placed to Pizza Hut (2 pizza 2 sides ) .Order was delivered by male with head/face covered and paid for by VISA in his mobile EFTPOS. Nearly 2 weeks later 4 additional withdrawals were made from the account over 3 days, all of them for several times the value of the original pizza order and all from Uber Eats which it seems that Pizza Hut used for the delivery.
Pizza Hut aren't interested and just say contact Uber, despite the fact that I did not at any time deal with Uber, only Pizza Hut. One would really think that when money is stolen in their name, Pizza Hut would show some interest but they don't. They gave a telephone number to call for Uber Eats – which merely elicited the recorded message “Optus advises that the number has been disconnected”.
Uber Eats appear impossible to contact by telephone - or any other way - unless you have their app and are one of their clients.
A warning to all :- If you get an order from Pizza Hut, for delivery and then pay by card, keep a close watch on your bank account because you could just find a few hundred dollars missing

Didn't deliver an order but happily took my money.

Tried to order a pizza online. Received a text saying "we are having some issues confirming this order with the store ... we will update you via SMS once the store confirms the order". I never received a further text, presumably because the order was never confirmed. I contacted the website to let them know the situation as I was concerned I might get charged anyway and wanted to make sure the order was successfully cancelled:

Issue number one with pizzahut.com.au - there's no way through their infrastructure to cancel an order. If a store is unexpectedly closed for some reason, you basically just have to sit on your thumb until it's not.

After that, the payment was listed on my bank account as pending. I kept reminders for myself to keep checking, as I wanted to make sure it didn't go through before I moved on from this - well, it did go through! I got literally nothing but hassle trying to chase up the unconfirmed order, and now I'm have to try and chase up a refind, all due to their terrible ordering infrastructure.

Issue number two: even if you don't receive anything, it seems like the system is set up that you'll get charged the moment you submit an order, and there's not much oversight when it comes to orders that are failed to be completed.

There's no way I'm using them again. Neither the taste nor the price justifies the risk of having to do all this running around while being down money.

Slow service and rude staff

On Monday 8th February 2021 I went to the Ringwood Store to pick up a Homestyle Beef Lasagne Share for $19.90 and I paid by my debit card but I never received my order even after waiting for half an hour so I just left and I will not be returning.
