A great company to use for the Outdoor Adventures
Website was easy delivery times were excellent
also customer service was first class. We had a couple of issues with the two items we received we rang and explained to Lauren and within 48 hrs both items were received. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again or recommend. A big thank you to Lauren for her help and excellent customer service.

Prompt and hassle free service.
The Vango family shelter I ordered was out of stock at most places, PJ outdoor had it in stock and at a competitive price. They processed the order without any fuss and the item was deliver within 3 days, I received updates about dispatch and scheduled delivery from the courier. I found the service hassle free and prompt, based on this I would happily use them again.

Fast, well communicated delivery. Item was more expensive than others where it had been on sale recently. But they were all currently sold out, so I agreed to pay the higher price. Overall a good experience.
