The vegan three-bean chilli burrito…
The vegan three-bean chili burrito from the classic menu isn't actually vegan, as it contains dairy-based sauce and real cheese. I tried contacting them multiple times without success, so I publicly commented on their Instagram. They responded that it's not actually vegan, despite the name, claiming it’s for meat eaters to enjoy — which is false advertising. Not disclosing ingredients can be dangerous, especially for people with severe allergies, potentially leading to hospitalization or worse. Instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed me, saying I should have known, but if 'vegan' is in the name, how would I know it contains dairy? I didn't request any add-ons. I lost a day's wages due to food poisoning from their false advertising, and nondisclosure ingredients. They refuse to refund me or take accountability so they been reported to Trading Standards for illegal practices. I don’t recommend this place — poor service and rude staff.
