I love their eco-friendly lunchboxes but there is no customer service

I love their eco-friendly lunchboxes, although they are way pricey. What I didn't expect is that once they became faulty (the latches won't stay closed) I would not be able to raise any response from the company. They will reply on social media, but when it comes to actual sorting out of my problem there is nothing there. So they turned out to be really, really poor-value lunchboxes if they were only going to last a few months.
