The support team is incompetent
The support team is utterly incompetent. If orders aren't delivered but the status shows "completed," and you open a ticket because of it, support says they'll initiate a cancellation, but nothing happens. Then you have to remind them again, and only then will they cancel it, but they won't issue a refund. As a customer, you have to check every single step to make sure it's actually been completed, if you don't, you've wasted your money.

Won a prize of £500 voucher towards tarmac sports never received prize due to him having a baby with his partner so was strapped for cash and it was Christmas 2023 so had more important things to be spend it on rather than honouring us the winners
