Received an email saying my order had been dispatched. Money taken from my account. Literally one minute later received another email saying item was out of stock.
Why wasn't it showing out of stock on the website? I shouldn't have been able to order & pay for something that is out of stock.
To be fair they did refund immediately but the whole transaction has put me off buying from this site again.

Fast delivery

Everything happened as they said it would. Got what I ordered and got it when they said I would. Next day. Would I buy from Planet Perfume again. Absolutely. No reason to go anywhere else.

The order was placed on the 10th of December and as of the 10th of January it has not been received and the tracking page just says your order has been dispatched and should be with you shortly.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and Liars

I ordered a fragrance just before midnight on the 23rd November. A couple of hours later I sent an email (which I have sent evidence to the seller) explicitly stating to kindly cancel my order before it was shipped.

The email was ignored and order was shipped. Now the seller is refusing to correct their mistake and provide a returns label.

Just admit your mistakes and correct them. Stop wasting peoples time and money!!!!!!!!

You did everything I expected

I ordered this perfume as a gift for my friend. It was his father's favourite perfume and I wasn't sure if I can get it on time. It was delivered before the expected time which is great. He was very happy with it and I will order more

I decided to write review for this company as I was pleasantly surprised with service they provided.
Firstly, I must say I was in doubt if this company was dodgy or real and other reviews here helped a lot.
Super easy to order, very straightforward. Well packed and delivered in 2 days. Best price online (including ebay) and free delivery.
My only advice would be to promote website a bit better so people gain trust to order.
