Three unanswered emails in 2 weeks. I’ve inquired about a purchase, one from the “contact us” link, and two emails. All unanswered. How can one comfortably do business with a company who can’t reply? No excuse for this disregard to a potential customer.

The vespa itself is great and starts up fine. Engine runs smoothly and it's even the 2nd Vespa I purchase from PlanetVespa. It looks amazing.
