Using a UK email address but not uk based. So searching for UK products on Google went to this site, which is all in English. I spent ages putting items in my basket only to find out at checkout they don't deliver to the UK. So annoying and wasted my time.

I ordered a Millettia reticulata: very hard to find. The plant arrived in great shape, very well packaged to avoid damage. It is a very mature plant, so I’m confident that it will grow well in my garden. Happy customer here!

One star is too many received plants looked dead but planted them and waited for spring
The plants are still dead now Contacted them for replacements by email no reply can’t find any other means to contact them
Save yourself a lot of trouble don’t order from them just throw your money straight in the bin

I emailed customer service, they directed me to the ‘ContactUs’ section on the website. I contacted them, explained the issue, uploaded several photos of the dead plants. I received a replay saying that the plants were ‘in hibernation’ and I was encouraged to plant the dead plants, the snapped plants and the pots that had no plants in them to see if they would grow.

The plants that I paid for were supposed to be 5cm to 9cm tall. I replîed asking them to be fair, and to provide me with a refund.

They didn’t reply.

As I said - SCAM - really poor form!

Excellent service, plants extremely well packed by experienced packers. Plants arrived in perfect order France to Portugal, will definitely use these people again.

This company is great at communication and responsive to issues. Every order arrived with largely great quality plants and yet one plant variety in each order was below standard. They will be great if they tweak their quality control a bit. That said they always replaced the dud plants.

I have been waiting for an order for 3 weeks, now I have a refund as they wont deliver to the UK !!!

They could have processed this in those 3 weeks!

This company won't deliver to the UK any more. Punishing us for Brexit? This is completely stupid and unjustified.

Just to update, I planted my rose in December after receipt and it is now, Feb 4th in flower with loads of buds ready to open in next days. So happy!

I have since received 3 other plants all in perfect condition.

Ordered 5 bamboo. Got an email to say it will be a week. A week later they turned up extremely well protected in a large box which appeared to have been retaped up by the courier. Plants appear ok and still alive! Would recommend Planfor.

I was very impressed how nice and fresh the rose looked, it got the Diane rose for my nephew who lost his mum a few years ago, for his new home.
