Not very impressed with quality, but excellent customer service
Negative points:
Some of the plants arrived broken and wilted, and overall I didn’t find the price-to-quality ratio very convincing. I ordered around 12 plants, and most of them weren’t in particularly good shape. They also forgot to include the fertilizer I had ordered.
Positive points:
That said, their customer service was excellent. I submitted a complaint and received a response within an hour. After sending photos of the damaged and dry plants, they promptly resent the affected items without hassle.

My lucky find on Youtube.
I found Planfor when looking through Youtube. I found they had some of the plants I was looking for my newly changed garden. I decided to try them.The plants arrived well packed and in very good condition. Much better than any other company I have ordered plants from. My dogs enjoyed playing with the packaging! The range of plants is amazing and I have made another order this last weekend. I will not use any other company in the future having found Planfor now.

Great variety of plants, good prices, less careful delivery
This shop has the most complete inventory of plant & gardening items, I am sure to find here almost everything I can think of, at great prices. However, plants delivered in a recent order did not arrive in great state (broken branches, perforated wrapping around the roots and scaterred soil). More love and care in preparing the delivery would make the 5 star rating next time.
