From the start of ordering to the end of delivery went without any problems, was very quick and the goods ordered arrived in a great condition due to sensible packing, Thank you!!

I ordered 120 hedging and bamboo plants. The delivery delay was just over a week which I thought was very good. DPD the French courier e-mailed me with a delivery day and sure enough they turned up on time. However, even though the long rectangular boxes were clearly marked which way to be transported the fools at DPD had transported them on their end. On opening the boxes virtually all of the plants were squashed and crushed as were many of the pots. All of the water from the plants had gone to the bottom of the boxes which in turn were collapsing. I had to sort through the mess and re-pot around 20 plants. All the plants were saved after half a days work and wasted time along with 20 litres of additional potting compost. This was a fairly large order costing well over 800 Euros. If the plants had not been of good quality they would not have survived the stupid, lazy and unprofessional delivery service entrusted to DPD France. It is a shame that after all of the work and time taken by Planfor to grow and look after these plants after 48 hours in the hands of this courier they resembled a compost heap.

Good quality plants, well packed, and a good price. Easy to select and order.

Plants package really well, and, when one of my plant got damaged in shipping it was replaced straight away. Thank you.

Planfor were excellent and I would highly recommend them and their products.
Unfortunately some issues were generated by the courier but Planfor were very quick to rectify the problem and their after sales service was excellent and very professional.

The plant (Brighamia Insignis) arrived quickly, in excellent shape and well protected by the package. I was even a little surprised by the precautions that were taken.

Horrible! Una estafa, me han entregado tres hortensias en muy mal estado, llenas de hongos, para tirar a la basura. Un peligro para el resto de mis plantas.
