I've been monitoring this company since 2019, and they only get worse. They recently deleted my account with real-money purchases because I was inactive for 3 years. When I asked for the date this policy was added, support ignored me and claimed this is "standard industry practice." IT IS NOT. No reputable company deletes purchased content. They just want you to "create a new account" and pay again. Greedy, dishonest, and disrespectful. Avoid Plarium at all costs.

This company is the epitome of greed, immorality and nefarious purpose. Games match paid players against new players to a brutal level, forcing a PTSD abuse to encourage monetized competitiveness. Any negative reviews gets a banned status and blocking on Google play. It's time for class action or monetary damages to end this behavior.

Playing Raid for three years now. The game still continues to change and update, the events are actually enjoyable and I never got that feeling that the company just gave up on the game. Not many companies keep their games going like you guys have. Good job.

Plarium is a nothing more than a greedy company that specialises in making games to generate money while paying little to no attention to game quality.
Mech Arena for example is purely Pay2Win, even if you spend a bit of money you'll still find youreself matched against maxed out players, it's basically a pay2win casino game disguised as a shooter.

Played Stormfall age of war for a few years so feel I'm in a strong position to review. I doubt you will ever encounter a more aloof and arrogant dev team in regards to it's player's. In game, many players seem to have quite a toxic attitude towards fellow players to a degree that I've not encountered in other games. Tutorials are very basic, only scratching the surface leaving players to mudle along through trial and error. I stopped playing nearly two years ago and have absolutely no intention of playing any of their games again.

The worst company ever, scam you out of money help you with nothing. Opened a ticket and nothing happened and they don’t care. This is the most greedy and corrupt company I think I have ever seen.

These folks are really the worst company that I have come across. They have an option on the game to "report cheaters", but when you report a cheater they do absolutely nothing, either that or they give the humans a discount and buff their bots, (which unlike Mech Wars they hide and disguise as real players). They have repeatedly refused to do anything about my loss of purchases when I combined accounts from a guest account to an account that I had lost access to, and the purchases were made with cash! So this goes to show that they are just a bunch of greedy and untrustworthy criminals. Don't fall for their cheesy adds! I have about 5 years experience trying to deal with them and I've just had enough. Anyone else want to explore class action?

Honestly the most rigged game I've ever played. Mech arena. It's beyond obviously rigged. From the matchmaking and battle outcomes to the event crates (loot boxes). The game is fun at first when it's easy then it becomes challenging but not impossible to win. But then, especially if you spend money, it's a 50/50 win ratio algorithm they put u in and the battles get manipulated. Bots suck when in your team but op snipers when against you. It can't get more obvious on how manipulated and rigged this game is. Not exaggerating.

Thieves and scumbags I Will never play another one of their games and they will never get another penny from me

Unfair Matchmaking & Unresolved Support Tickets

My experience with Plarium has been extremely disappointing.
There is ongoing matchmaking manipulation in Kingdom 94 and several clans use the system to gain unfair advantages.
I have reported this multiple times, but support has not taken any corrective action.
I specifically requested that my case not be handled by Magnus Stark due to lack of impartiality, yet the issue remains ignored.

I expect fair treatment and proper investigation, but until now there has been no resolution.

Apparently when you buy from Plarium you have no rights to a refund. They (Throne Kingdom) messed up a Bank subscription, took everything back and replaced it with a bunch of junk I didn't buy. Now they refuse to refund. I bought a Ferrari and ended up with a Fiat but by their own Terms and Conditions are allowed to, despite Consumer laws. Avoid paying for anything in their games - you might not end up with what you buy

I've been playing mech arena for over 6 years now, before the big updates I was playing like crazy, I could play without taking breaks for hours, but now, its gone, I get to play with AI instead of humans, some mechs like Nomads and Eclipse are almost unreachable in free to play, but in pay to win, you can get some in like 10 minutes of playing, some mechs are cracked and unable to play against, the battle system is hard, you get pared with super hard enemies most of the time, overall the experience is so bad! I will not recommend this game personally, because of how bad it is, the recent crate rushes are total scams, 1% chance of getting something good and other 99% is total trash... don't trust me? play for 10 min and see! actually don't, 3GB and internet gets wasted... 👎

And also gigs the important part, the 2 step verification is busted it dose not work all!

I played Raid: Shadow Legends and I loved it! It’s a free game where you can progress quite far without spending anything. However, if you really want to achieve long-term success, you’ll eventually need to spend some money. That part is a bit disappointing, but it doesn’t take away from the great experience I’ve had or the joy I feel while playing. I’m looking forward to trying more games from them.

plarium does not give a damn about its players in one kd a player keeps insulting bulling harrasing others yet when some one hits back plarium gives them a warning many players have left the game completly after complaing about him with no results ,, plarium does not care about the well being of its players or he is there to make others spend more cash ..

F this company and everything they stand for, greedily taking money to produce new and overpowered weapons and bots, while nerfing the existing weapons you've spent years upgrading. To top it off, it now runs like absolute shit. Not one match runs smoothly or accurately (shot through walls, shields, etc)
