All the bad reviews are correct!

What an awful company to try and work with.

The quality of work is actually not too bad but the communication and attitude sucks making what should be straight forward in practice about as much fun as root canal work!

We have been invoiced for a project twice and trying to get this resolved has been impossible.

You can't speak to anyone in the correct department and left messages are NEVER returned and they DO NOT reply back to emails despite them sending them out to you.

For note, our next action is going to be a legal move against them for harassment unless this can be speedily resolved

Repair only lasts a year, I complained and they come out to redo the repair and then told me I could not have it done again. Lasted a year again and the paint is now peeling off and the repair has re appeared.

I raised a claim via my home insurance provider who advised that Plastic Surgeon Ltd would be in contact with me within 24 hours. It has been 11 days since the claim was originally raised and still no contact from this company. Very poor customer service.

Had the pleasure of meeting Ashe ( big fella) today when he came to carry out a temporary repair on our bath. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional. What was shaping up to be a bit of a nightmare situation was quickly turned around thanks to his calm manner and expertise.

Ashe is a credit to the company – he worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and leaving a good impression. He absolutely deserves recognition for his work, and I sincerely hope he’s considered for Employee of the Month. He certainly earned it in my eyes!

Enquired 3 weeks ago regarding repairs to gloss finish kitchen drawers many delays with replies and had to send information again
Received a email today advising that with immediate effect they are ceasing to support domestic enquiries surely the customer centric approach would be to cease taking new domestic enquiries from a given date and honour existing enquiries. Really poor service

I've called this company twice now over the past year. They waste your time asking you to send in photo's etc and they never get back to you. They recently didn't even do that after wasting my time on the phone gathering info and figuring out if the job was worth their while. Total time wasters

After a failed repair, this company came back out to rectify their mistake and it’s now failed again. I’ve just been told they won’t come back out again and the original repair was only done in January - so don’t believe the 12 month guarantee!

I have just had a repair done to my metal enamel bath 🛁 by a lovely young man called Alex from plastic surgeon repairs , you can’t even see were the chip was in the bath , under one hour and emailed arrival time, turned up promptly, smart polite and did a super job, really impressed,so I would definitely recommend this company.thanks again Jane Forsyth kelso Scottish Borders.

James from the plastic surgeon team turned up on time & was super helpful in attending to our queries with patience & expertise. He also advised us on how to maintain & upkeep the repairs for future.

Highly recommend the company based on James excellent service provided on our new build property at Brookside meadows.

I had a nasty chip on the edge of my silestone kitchen work surface . I sent an enquiry along with detailed photographs and plastic-surgeon Ltd responded immediately then followed up with a written quote within 24 hrs . I then arranged a time to suit me , the repair man turned up as promised and did a fantastic job of repairing . Would recommend this company in the Glasgow area. Thank you

We would give zero stars if we could.

My mum had a window repaired by Plastic Surgeon after some cosmetic damage to the frame. The sanding they did to the frame "in order to carry out their repair" has damaged parts of the window frame that were not damaged before. The frame around the "repair" is now so fragile and thin that it has split and cracked. There was no damage to this part of the frame before their 'repair'. In top of this, they have damaged and blocked the window seal channels making it impossible to refit the seals.

We have been trying to come to an agreement with them since the beginning of August to remedy this. This has included having their own employee to look at the window, who told us that part of the window couldn't be repaired. We have also had an experienced window fitter look at the window, who agreed it needed replacing and no further 'repairs' should be attempted.

And yet, despite many emails backwards and forwards and evidential photographs of before and after the 'repair', they have still not agreed to replace the window. The window in question was new just a few years ago and only needs replacing due to the extra damage they caused whilst carrying out their 'repair'.

Contacted them 19th re a tenant's cracked shower tray. Their response came 8 pm Friday 24th, requesting more information. Very slow response and rather unpleasant attitude to my comments to this effect. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent customer service and our sink looks like brand new ! Delighted!

It's been over a month since I made an initial enquiry, and I'll still waiting for their 'tech team' to provide a quote for the work.

Useless company, who clearly aren't interested in my business.

The company is not doing well

Beware this company, which is untransparent and does not deal well with complaints. The work looks good when first done, but the finish on the repair to handbasin flaked after around 7-8 months, despite cleaning with a chemical-free eco-friendly product and soft cloth. The leaflet (only provided once the work is completed) first says treat as per manufacturer's advice, then qualifies this by saying wash with soapy water only.
Repairs are very expensive, which would be worth it if they lasted, which they don't. Had we been advised of the limited requirements from the start we would not have spend nearly £500 on a wasted repair.

We had Darren from Plastic Surgeon at our house yesterday to repair a tear in the vinyl of our kitchen island. The pre-communication from the company was excellent with all the information needed. Darren turned up exactly on time, completed the job perfectly. He was very professional and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back.

Attended our property to sort out a dent in our patio doors step externally. It has now started to peel and looks worse than it did to begin with.
Shoddy poor work.
