You will lose you money here

We have an agreement in place and the owner didn't honour it. I was told it would take 4 months to complete. After many calls then a long time no communications then finally an email I received pictures of a failed production nearly 18 months later.
Now the price of the machine quoted is tripled since last year as he forgot that he gave me a price for it before.
Dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable. I would be very cautious about working with Andrei
