I agree with ' Customer R's Yelp…

I agree with ' Customer R's Yelp review. "This practice is unscrupulous, unethical, incompetent, and conducts fraudulent business practices. Please do not choose this doctor!" Unfortunately, I'm another patient who Dr. Eli Levine has no qualms about being called unethical because this is what I've told him by email. Evidently, he doesn't care because he never responded. I'm glad to know that someone else has made the same evaluation of his practice. I've been asking for 2 years since my surgery for the dr to do a revision surgery. (His solution is to do another procedure that I have no interest in, for an additional cost no doubt.) I paid cash for a procedure that he clearly did not do successfully. He expects me to walk away, excepting his failed results, and shrug my shoulders about my financial loss. The whole idea of cosmetic surgery is to improve and enhance whatever your concern is. I have ended up with scaring that didn't exist before as well as chronic nerve pain. I also suspect an assistant had some practice during my surgery because the incisions were so crude. (A man who wasn't introduced to me ahead of the surgery. I had to ask who he was before I was told by the nurse that he was "his assistant".)
I plan to expose this Fraudulent practice as much as I can. He clearly feels that he is protected from litigious lawsuits because of the consent forms, that he gives moments before surgery, not giving time to go over them and ask questions. You're pressured because he's waiting and prepared to do the surgery. Despite this, I'm complaining to his professional board, my legislative representatives, media (consumer investigation), Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and wherever else I can spread the word. I hope to find an attorney who's willing to take my case, but it seems to be difficult so far. I think he knows this. Beware! Those who are pleased with their results are the lucky ones.
