AVOID THIS SELLER
AVOID THIS SELLER - I was supplied (via Amazon) with 5 tubes of Soudal sealant that was over 12 months beyond its expiration date and so had gone-off rendering it useless. The seller took no responsibility and refused to offer a refund. I was forced to raise multiple complaints before Amazon finally stepped in to offer a refund under their A-Z guarantee. This seller should not be permitted to sell via any platform. Simply avoid buying from these charlatans.
Platinum Supplies Transit delay????????
Platinum Supplies, using EVRI, could not even deliver a 250ml plastic bottle of 'superglue' to one of their own parcel shops. Expected delivery unknown but told to wait a few more days as item was delayed in transit. WHAT. Utterly USELESS company. No fit for purpose. AVOID USING. M.Chamberlain. Kent.
Rogue company!
I ordered some filler from Platinum Supplies the item arrived and on inspection it looked like it was old stock, the tin was leaking at the seams, i left feedback on eBay and had to put ''positive'' as I couldn't put a ''negative'' feedback for 7 days. When i got round to opening the tin the 'filler' was solid and unusable. Since then i have read the feedback on eBay and its mainly negative. Wish i had looked at reviews before purchasing. Rogue company!

Horrendous company!
Sent a tin of varnish wrapped in bubble wrap.
Needless to say it was burst.
Ordered through Amazon.
Platinum refused to answer emails or admit item was returned.
Amazon eventually after three weeks reimbursed me.
Please do yourself a favour and AVOID!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST !!!!
should definitely not be on a reputable site like Amazon.
Thankfully Amazon were very helpful and sorted a refund ,well done Amazon.

Order from through Amazon,no delivery after deadline,no response.
If I read this here first,I surely will not buy from this bad reputation company.Amazon should also know this is a bad reputation company they partner with.

I agree and experience literally the same bad experience. The item received was severly damaged.
In fact, I am not convinced the damaged unit I received, was sent out undamaged.
After generic reply no further contact from seller.
Bought grout via ebay
Bought grout via ebay, full of lumps. One reply from them asking for photos then nothing. Ebay sorted refund luckily. Most annoyingly they score the company above 4 out of 5, yet here on trustpilot at just 1 out of 5, it's plain to see the truth about the company by the repeated reports of the same experiences.

I ordered 2x5 litres of teak oil I received 1x2litres not sure how they made that mistake, they said they are sending my original order but still waiting
Do not deal with this company at all…
Do not deal with this company at all costs they sell on Amazon and they should be banned. They don’t replace or refund even if the items are damaged. Amazon have been brilliant and helpful but Platinum Supplies are dishonest and have no aftercare help whatsoever .
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, impossible to get hold of, all messages unanswered, silver lining is businesses like these drive customers back to the high street.
Ordered 2 tubes of caulk
Ordered 2 tubes of caulk. One tube had a split in it causing the caulk to spill out when pumping. Reported the matter. 1st reply said that I only ordered one tin of roof sealant. (I ordered this in 2017 and had nothing to do with the caulk which I received only a few days previously. 2nd reply was asking for photographs which I supplied. 3rd reply was asking for photographs, which of course I had already supplied but I supplied once again. 4th reply was saying that they didn't recognise the item. (Which of course was wrapped with sticky tape. I had already told them that I wrapped the tube with sticky tape to see if it would hold the caulk in, which was only partially successful). All I wanted was for them to replace the item but instead they chose to give me a run around. All this for a £2 tube of caulk.
It beggars belief why Amazon and Ebay are allowing these crooks to continue to ply their dirty tricks and awful customer service on the public.
Avoid this company
Bought some wood dye from this company through Amazon it was supposed to be light oak but was a runny dark coloured liquid so I contacted them they sent me a returns label, I sent it back they told me they didn’t receive the return even though it was their own label then refused to refund me. Amazon don’t want to know because it’s a third party seller. Their customer service is terrible they don’t answer any emails or try to help in any way. I think they should be removed from Amazon and I am trying to implement that at the moment
Do Not Trust This Company
Ordered 10kg Peelaway 7 through Amazon marketplace. Arrived with big crack in base of container. I had to pay to return, then seller stalled for weeks on refund. Finally got my money back by contacting Amazon. Feedback here and elsewhere suggest this is a repetitive pattern of behaviour. I think Amazon should remove them from their marketplace.
Used to be a good ebay Business. Alas no more.
Used to be a good ebay Business.
Only getting one star because I can't leave Zero.
Used to supply quality products at a good price with a quick delivery.
Many listed items saved on my "Watch List" not anymore.
This is one of the few ebay sellers who has made Trustpilot.
Not pretty reading is it?
I suspect the successful ebay business was taken over by a Foreigner perhaps, who hasn't got a clue.
Contact details for the business listed on ebay are Obsolete.
Zero replies to any messages. Terrible delivery times. Selling out of date stock.
Customer service non existent.
Couldn't be Worse.
Avoid this POS Company like the Plague.
This company needs to be avoided.
Ordered a tin of decking oil. It arrived by courier. The tin was badly damaged. Leaked everywhere as I undid the package. Lost most of the tins contents and had to throw away the item before ut damaged my home further. E-mailed twice. Contacted them via ebay. The only response was to send me a returns label.
Obviously didn’t bother to read my correspondence.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CROOK COMPANY

brought from the seller at first they replied then stopped when j explained I wasn't happy and requested half the money back or correct items sent , took and sent photos as requested then no reply , Don't get disappointed by a fraudster avoid and shop elsewhere please , be aware they sell on eBay under this name too
Ordered a pack of 4 expanding foam…
Ordered a pack of 4 expanding foam canisters from this company via Amazon.co.uk, received a dispatch email the following morning advising a delivery date. An hour or so later, email received from the seller that their courier would not deliver to my address so they had initiated a refund. I live in a town near Inverness, one of the largest cities in Scotland. This is the only Amazon seller that has ever refused to deliver here including for the same items. I am comforted by the fact that Amazon will ensure I get my money back as looking at feedback from others this is clearly an untrustworthy company.
