I used Platts criminal department. Naila was my solicitor thank you for all your hard work and getting me justice. Great assistance and support always there when I needed her on weekends and evening. Really stressful time but very grateful for the end conclusion. Thank you

I can’t thank Naila enough for the incredible support she gave me throughout my case. Over the course of more than two years, she was consistently professional, dedicated, and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me.

PLATTS SOLICTORS ARE A JOKE!!!

Keep editing there review & stating they don’t know me!!! JUST AFTER MONEY!!! I am writing a review on behalf of myself and my dealings with platts solicitors.

A year later after the incident they took my statement. The statement that I received back to sign had missing detail and made up detail. I chose to rewrite and still to this day I’m waiting for the copy to sign even after numerous phone calls. I haven’t been advised any detail.

The overall lack of professionalism, transparency and basic communication has been staggering. I would strongly advise others to think very very carefully before instructing this firm.

its very difficult to find a law firm that you trust to provide consistently good service, advice and support. Even the receptionist are helpful and friendly. Paul Bradbury has been representing me over 20 years and I really appreciate all the cases hes represented me in both criminal and family. I always recommend Paul to my family and friends. Always satisfied with the service. Real Value for money whether its legal aid or private work. Paul has always gone out of his way to ensure i get the best result. He has always been there when i have been arrested late at night and always taken my calls no matter if its week days or weekend.

its not easy to get a good solicitor when you are facing serious allegations and its more difficult when you have not been in trouble before and need good representation but you dont know what to look for. I changed solicitors and it was the best thing i did to be represented by Platts and i got the best result i could ever hope for. i keep my good name clear. i won thanks to platts criminal department and massive massive thank you to Naila.

Well, what can I say….this company has gone above and beyond for me. All the odds were stacked against me having made a right mess of my life during a bad time.

Platts kept me out of custody long enough to rebuild my whole life whilst on bail, I now have a successful business and its all thanks to Platts for somehow convincing the judges to keep me on bail even though ive not had bail in years prior to this!

The sentencing hearing was today and the way I was represented and backed by my barrister had me in tears.

The level of effort the barristers at this company go to for you is unmatched. Ive had many solicitors and barristers along my embarrassingly long criminal past.

None have even come close to Platts. From the secretary’s, the owner, all the barristers….

Honestly cant even put into words how grateful I am, because this result has literally just made my whole life complete.

The world is literally my oyster right now!

Im finally free of a life of crime, fully legit man…Nothing hanging over me.

All thanks to Platts being the best law firm around.

Not sure how they even have any bad reviews, well actually I am, as I have my own company. You just cant please everyone. Your going to get them hard to deal with customers that are right about everything and accept no blame for themselves.

I can vouch properly for this company having been on a serious crown court case, on bail for 2 years…I was looked after very well.

54 previous offences….So its by far not my first rodeo. All the other solicitors Ive had didnt come close

So take from that what you will. But ive read some of the low reviews on here….Not warranted at all.

With platts being so busy you need a bit of patiene and understanding….but moreover just trust them!

They did not lie or anything to me at any point. What they predicted would happen….happened to the T.

They also have massive connections on both sides so if you use your head and treat them with respect and dont be rude to your barrister and the courts you’ll likely get the result you want.

Its not all down to the solicitors and barristers, you have to show some work your end too. They cant just ask the judge to spare you custody or give you bail.

There has to be some form of evidence to show your making steps to changing or your going out your way to make sure you dont end up in court again!

I.E like I did I set up a company and grafted my nuts off! Solicitors arent miracle workers…theyre just human beings doing a job a very highly skilled prefessional job that an average joe would completely fail at. So

Credit where its due! This job is not easy by any stretch of the imagination.

So yeah, listen to them and do what they suggest you to do and stay positive and you’ll be fine.

Definitely dont call up the reception giving them attitude and being disrespectful to staff, then decide leave them a bad review afterwards when you dont get your own way!

I get this in my business and its a bit silly really because they damage your score pretty bad with lies because they didnt get their own way!

But here you go guys and in depth review of the company from me, in not affiliated in any way, if my name pops up wont take you long to find out im not a solicitor 😂

But as an ex criminal that has been on the wrong side of the fence for many years, this is that one firm your asking your mates for when you need a really good barrister.

One the main barristers only deals with severe cases and has a 100% success rate.

That should also tell you a lot. They dont mess about here!

Use your head and stay respectful to them and you’ll get looked after, its that simple!

Anyway good luck with your case and you can thank me later when Platts spares you years in jail too!

My solicitor Naila did a fantastic job to get me out of trouble and get me life back. She is experienced, skilled and well organized. She get to the point where as a defendant, I was clearly instructed of what would happen and how to deal with the outcomes. She is always busy, yes , if not , she would have no cases, no clients, but sitting at office waiting for your calls, is this the kind of solicitor you would trust to work for you? Nevertheless she will return my messages and calls even outside office hours, that’s something not everyone can do! Plus, the barristers she is working with are top guns of the business: my case went to crown court, I was discharged on my first hearing, that’s very rare, thank to Naila and the barrister who had massive respect from the prosecutors, they worked hard to agree to drop my case. I have fantastic service from Naila and team. I was constantly updated every step of the way and cannot fault the service I received!

Highly unprofessional, didn’t turn up to one of my court dates (Naila) then the second court date I was passed onto some other man who knew I said not guilty but told me to plead guilty anyway. Naila even said herself she would’ve fought it - so why didn’t you come to my court date?! I had trust in her throughout the whole process and she screwed me over. I think her problem was that she wanted to make it cheap for me so she did it for free even though I mentioned so many times that I will pay for her time. And because she did it for free she didn’t need to put any effort in it. If she tells you she doesn’t lose cases - SHE DOES but as I said in my Google review - she passes her cases on to other people so she can keep her streak
