The live dealer blackjack is obviously rigged! Their sister site ignition is a total scam. They can even refund a cheap poker ticket when their site freezes up. They are both a joke. Go to a real casino and enjoy!!

I like the site ,thoe I know For a a fact this company is manipulating the blackjack game .its really frustrating but I guess I’m dumb for keep donating ,besides the obvious cheating on black jack doesn’t help.

It’s interesting reading some of the reviews here. I’ve been a player on Bovada for likely near a decade, and BVX for now over a year. BVX is easily the best off-shore (and by that I mean not “licensed” in the US) site on offer at the moment. The customer service is available 24/7 (yes, including weekends - I’m not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about), your personal hosts will be available roughly 40 hours a week and will communicate their schedule, betting limits are high, payouts EXTREMELY quick, casino games are plentiful and varied. In addition, the tier system includes real rewards and gives you the sense that you’re achieving something as you earn points.

I DO have criticisms of the site, many of which the staff at BVX have heard me complain about many times now. For one, the live betting can be a bit finicky at times, particularly for esports. Lines get scratched out or temporarily disappear. This likely isn’t a huge issue for many others, but as someone who bets almost exclusively esports, I want a more reliable and stable market 99% of the time, understanding there may be the occasional tech issue. Another is that there aren’t guaranteed weekly bonuses or anything of that nature - for most stuff, you need to ask your host or purchase it in the rewards store using your points.

Despite the minor frustrations, I still maintain it is far and away the best site on offer right now. Future users would do well to remember that slots are RNG-operated and can go poorly (or well) very quickly. Quit while you’re ahead! And take constant breaks, etc. Have fun.

I deposited roughly $800 via an ETH deposit. Typically, deposit shows up within seconds. My deposit has still not shown up. Tread very lightly with this website. It sounds really nice when you get invited, but I can tell you first hand there is not much different from Bovada.

They give you a “host” that will send you a message on the site once a week. You have no way of replying to the message on the website even though your host is asking you questions. I have tried emailing numerous times and received absolutely ZERO responses. I’ve tried every email the host and site have shared.

The biggest joke of this place is the customer service chat, I am convinced that they just have robots with 5 different variations of the same response. I’m still sitting here waiting for my money to show up so I can withdraw it and the only thing customer service can say is, “there is a technical issue, we are working to resolve it. We can offer you 50,000 points”.

Give me a break, what an absolute slap in the face. Hey man, we know you gave us $800 12+ hours ago, we have it, it’s safe, trust us, but since you can’t see any of that deposit, we can give you 50,000 points ($50 that you only have to roll over 5 times, by the way lmao).

Absolute amateur website trying to do way more than they are capable of. Deposit at your own risk and if you read this review, don’t say you weren’t warned. Ive sent my deposit via bitcoin, they've confirmed that I sent the money to the correct location and received it. Its been confirmed on the Blockchain for 33+ Hours now. They refuse to credit my account.

They're continuing to claim its a technical issue and they won't credit it until they fix their automation on their side.

Beginning to wonder if this site is a scam / theft ring.

After 43 hrs the deposit was finally delivered. No one ever gave me a reason or apology for the delay. You'd think of they truly were the "VIP" service they claim to be that there would've been some follow up.

Debating if ill ever depoait there again since they cant explain why there was a delay and you never know when youll get your money.

I’ve put well over 1000 hours and dollar amounts I won’t disclose. Yes the site is responsive and payout are quick to process. However I’ve calculated the statistics of my win ratio and lose ratio for regular deposits and bonus play after a withdrawal and when it’s been 3 weeks sense I processed a withdrawal. Odds are good if you have pulls money out but as soon as you do. You will see that the win ratio on bonus play is super high. Unrealistically High!! While win ratio on regular deposits after a withdrawal is not only low but depending on how much you withdrawal the win ratio can be as low as nearly zero. Every time without fail. This website obviously is recouping the money you withdrawal but changing the payout percentage after withdrawals. Facts.

New site, same bullshit as Bovada. Been playing on this site for a few months now and don’t see much difference from Bovada. Gameplay still feels a little manipulated, reasonable wins are few and far between, and probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is one of the most legit sites online and trust me I’ve joined most of them. I’ve been playing on BVX almost daily for two years and was receiving 40% Sunday cashback on losses. My host confirmed on May 11 that the program was still active. Then it was suddenly pulled on May 12 without any notification.

From May 12 to July 6, I deposited $17,403.52 under the assumption it was still in place. When I asked about it, they simply said the decision was final and couldn’t be credited. No accountability. No warning. That’s nearly $7,000 I was expecting based on communication from their own rep.

Players deserve better — at the very least, proper notice before cutting off VIP programs that impact real money decisions.

They never respond to emails. I have tried service at playbvx.lv , hosted at playbvx.lv and the online form. I never get a response other than the automated "acknowledgement" email. On top of that, despite depositing over $5,000/week and sometimes more (and almost always losing), they took away my hosted status. Every time I ask for a deposit bonus or rewards points after losing (on chat where you can get a response but it takes forever), they deny me. There's not even a weekly deposit bonus without using a ton of rewards points. They advertised as a VIP casino with VIP rewards, perfect for a big player like me. They lied. I'm sick of it. BVX is the best casino, it pays out way faster than any of the other websites (withdraws get processed and onto blockchain within 5-10 min max) and you get way more bonuses than you get playing anywhere else. Also has a good interface, access to new games and responsive customer service that will give you bonuses as long as you are an active player.

It is invite only so I bet a lot of the people giving negative reviews have never even been invited to the website. Because I would be surprised if any players invited to BVX would complain about the bonuses they give you or the daily spin wheel that you get to spin every 24 hours and get free rewards points with.
