Initial email with shipping info never updated reached out to company to inquire about my purchase of an Xbox series x, after a couple of days I received an email stating it was shipped and within a week received my item. It looks to be brand new. It’s a Christmas gift so not opening till then but box looks sealed

Got it today

On December 3rd, I ordered a video game as a Christmas present. On Dec.12th, when I was to receive the game, I contacted PCV to let them know I had not received it and that I was going to have my credit card co. reverse the charge. PCV got back to me on the 13th to let me know it was being shipped that day and delivery was set for the 17th. It is now the 18th, and the game is at a USPS center with no delivery date. Yes, I will contact my credit card company for a refund considering I have had 2 delivery dates and no delivery. BTW, I paid for shipping, who uses USPS GROUND SERVICES 12 days before Christmas? I would have paid a little extra in shipping to have it here on time.

It was a good experience and the game arrived in good condition. I'm very satisfied and would recommend the players choice website to anyone looking to find a good deal on videogames! I'm a first time customer but I'll most likely return to purchase from them again!

Great game price and condition, came as described quickly

I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent order. I was initially informed that the shipment would be dispatched on October 17th; however, it was actually dispatched several days later. Upon receiving the games, I discovered that four of them were scratched, and four titles did not correspond to the descriptions or images displayed on the website. This situation has led me to believe that I made my purchase under misleading circumstances. Additionally, eight games from my order are missing.

I attempted to contact the company by phone, but the provided number is a Google phone number, which does not appear to be answered. I have sent multiple messages to customer service and was in communication with a representative named David; however, no resolution has been achieved. I was assured that the missing titles would be sent to me, yet as of today, November 6, 2024, I am still awaiting tracking information for these items. Furthermore, there has been no resolution concerning the scratched games or the miss labeled SNES titles.

It is disheartening to witness a promising business endeavor decline so rapidly. I sincerely hope that the company will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and move forward positively.

I ordered a game from my childhood based on the photo of the game. But the game i received was the second game not the first which was pictured. Very disappointing.
Update: I was contacted quickly and the correct game is being sent. I appreciate the efforts made very much and look forward to playing the game!

When I ordered the item it came with some basic information, but also with some specific information. It said how old the product was which to me is important. When I received the item I was pleasantly surprised at how good the condition of the product was. I will definitely buy from this company again
