Two out of three “correct” items. The incorrect item: instead of a 32D bra, I received a 40G. Not even close. Package labeled correctly: 32D, but bra was a 40G.

Stop asking for feedback before the items are presented
I like the products which I bought as a Christmas present for my wife. But seeing as Christmas has not arrived yet my score does not and will not reflect my true feelings as I am being bombarded with emails asking for my feedback on something that will not be realised until December 25th

Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent, item then sold out by the time they even read the email, no apology no offer to rectify only that I now have to send the incorrect items back and ontop when I said I'd be sending what should have been matching bottoms back as they'd sent the wrong bra I was told id to put it through a different way and was charged a £4 handling fee and I've to pay postage!!

We are a very small business so sometimes mistakes do happen, and we are not able to honour that level of discounting. Our T&C's on site highlight that should a product be the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel orders, which also extends to not allowing further orders to be placed at the wrong price. Solving the difficulties of being a 12E.
It's really difficult to find bras when you're a 12e at the best of times. Thankfully, that's what Playful Promises cater to. I have purchased four pairs now and all of them are true to size, comfortable, and cute as!
