Great way to make a few bucks for dinner or coffee. No problems receiving rewards and plenty of games to choose from.

I eventually received my $100 payout, but the experience was not smooth.

I reached 980,599 points when the $100 reward required 880,000 points. When I attempted to redeem, I was told I didn’t have enough coins, and the reward thresholds appeared to change after I had already qualified.

I had to contact support and follow up before the payout was honored.

While I appreciate that they ultimately paid, the process was frustrating and may discourage many users who reach payout levels. I would recommend taking screenshots and being cautious when approaching higher rewards.

when i started using playful rewards there were a few hiccups with my account going blank after cashing out however that always got sorted however i had a game offer running for a couple months and i cashed out and my account went blank again, after speaking to multiple customer care agents they said i had no active offers and there is nothing they can do which means you could spend hours or days trying to reach a goal and they will take it from you with no warning during the amount of time you are given, the agent couldn’t show me any terms and conditions stating this could happen so if i were you i really wouldn’t put your time and trust into this company and would stick with freecash and earnstar.

If I could give no stars I would I got permanently banned after requesting a payout and the reason was id played the game too fast. Avoid scammed by playful rewards. What an embarrassment and crappy reason for banning someone

I absolutely love Playful rewards!! I've never had any trouble being able to get the points to cash in. I have cashed in a few gift cards. As someone on a fixed income this app is a lifesaver at times.

I did have a minor glitch getting my $100 visa card, but customer service handled the problem in just a few hours.
Lots of advertisement videos required, but the payout definitely came through

The app really works I won twice so far and hope to continue. It does take a minute to win coins but it does work if you are patient enough to let coins build up to cash out.

So to be honest I had a lot of issues with this site with trying to verify my identity when I tried to redeem my points for a gift card, but I sent them a message and in no time I got a response back and it was fixed and I received my gift card. They didn't waste no time fixing the issue, unlike other apps like this one that I've had problems with and never got a response or the issue fixed. Thank you, Shannan

Hello I need some help with this problem I’m having I worked hard to get 500000 points to withdraw out 50 dollars but I never received any email with my 12 digit code so I would like to know what happened to my payout or my points is this spam or what !!!!

I’ve been playing around with a few different “game for $” apps and have enjoyed Playful Rewards. There are various games to play- puzzle, dice, etc that help me pass the time and wind down at night. When I had an issue with my first 20$ reward, their online support (Alex) was very quick to solve the problem. I highly recommend giving them a try!
