I ordered for christmas and the product never came it was a hell talking with customer service what a bad company good for nothing

I had already ordered when I decided to check the reviews here, those which made me feel unsure about purchasing on Playmobil Deutschland, and that's why I feel it's my obligation to also write a review. I made my order on 21.09 hoping that I would receive it on time for a birthday on Monday 26, but in fact I received it in just 48 hours on 23.09. Original Playmobil Box! The kid's gonna love it. Costumer service is responsive and reassuring, fast delivery, all great!

I bought the expensive kit 70361.
Part of the features sold are actually not there.
The app connected to the product has only negative votes. it is not working at all and my son war really disappointed on his 6th birthday because this was the most waited feature.
I think Playmobil is going in the wrong direction in the last years, and the differenz with unbranded chines made products it is always smaller, and maybe the extra moneys to pay them are no more worth.

Customer service of Playmobil and of the app producer have been contacted even with "URGENT" written in the email object and no one answered.

The sales fraud situation will be reported to consumer associations in Germany and Austria on Monday.

Very disappointing service! The products are good quality but it’s better to go to a shop rather than buying on the playmobil site as they sell stuff without package, which is very bad if you want to buy it to give it as a present ( and yes, it’s written, very small, but not everyone reads everything). Also I bought an article, I had seen that it would come without the original package but what I did not notice is that only half of it would be delivered! The rest( which is neeeded to play! ) is sold separately and at the moment is not even available. I find this very bad service, it should be made clear that you need the complementary article! Now we have a half thing and cannot even buy the complementary article as it is out of stock. Very bad service, playmobil.de!

Missed their official last posting date for Christmas, but took a chance... and they came through!! Made it all the way from Germany to the UK too! Great service and fantastic products - thanks!
