Incomplete order
I am a regular customer of plein, but this is the first time I have shopped for a company. I wanted to stock up, so I ordered more toilet paper or other chemicals. Order from Sunday arrived on Monday, great that so fast, too bad half of the order is missing. Two cartons arrived (there were two packages in the tracking, two came, not opened, so it's not the fault of post nl), missing 3 large packages of toilet paper (I only received one), two toilet gels, a package of paper towels, cif and washing gel. I understand that you can make a mistake, but this is more than half of my order. This is some joke. I can't call there. The phone is turned off. No one replied to the email. I do not recommend. I just lost money and nerves.
