I orderd something to be delivered in the Netherlands on the site, wich wasn't possible from amazon, so i gave it a try. After a couple of days of not hearing anything I got a message saying my purchase was being refunded, wich was a bit of a bummer, but it wasn't that big of a surprise.

Professional helpful attitude.
