Very bad experience at Plieger Leiden
I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had in one of your Plieger stores today.
As a heavily pregnant customer, I needed to sit down for a moment. Instead of being treated with understanding, I was rudely asked to leave the seat without being offered any alternative until I insisted. This lack of basic courtesy and care left me shocked.
Furthermore, when I tried to clarify my concerns, the sales manager refused to provide explanations in English, despite clearly being able to do so. This made the situation even more distressing and unprofessional.
What should have been a simple shopping experience not only ruined my weekend, but also left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome in your store.
If Plieger wishes to build a reputation as a trustworthy and customer-friendly company rather than one that alienates its clients, I strongly urge you to review the training and customer service approach of your staff. Every customer deserves respect, and this is especially important when serving vulnerable individuals such as pregnant women.
I look forward to your response and to hearing how Plieger intends to address these issues.
